Everyone was Easy to work with and professional. Courteous and efficient. My car runs great
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

Subaru of Ann Arbor review
Had a great experience, Tatiana was really amazing to work with. She was thorough and created a great buying experience for us.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

My 2nd oil change here. Professionally done! Will definitely go back here. Pay with debit if you want to avoid the 3 percent credit card fee.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

Grand Subaru review
I'm a.long time customer at Grand Subaru. Even though it's quite a distance from my home, I still go back there for all of my regular maintenance because they offer such excellent and efficient service. Although they offer a pickup service, I always choose to go in wait there, because they never take long, and the waiting area is pleasant. Any work that needs to be done is well explained, and everyone is pleasant to deal with.

Fox Subaru Macomb review
Very good, no pressure, honest experience. The salesman, Alex, listened to any concerns we had and acted on them. My only mixed reaction was the financing. As to the online financing, I filled it out but I don’t think the dealership looked at it and offered a local credit union financing. We wanted to put a large amount as a down payment by they advised us to get a bigger loan ; that banks wouldn’t bother with smaller loans. I question this, but didn’t know how to do this with online financing.

Williams Subaru - MIReviews
Williams Subaru - MI review
Worked with Brad and would work with him anytime. Fast and friendly experience with no pressure to buy. The used vehicle I was purchasing was pulling to the right and they performed an alignment. Afterwards it was still pulling and ask if they would rotate the tires, which they did. Pulled left, then. At least it was isolated to the tires and I appreciated Brad's patience and the service department for their speediness.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

I found the vehicle over the weekend and called early Monday. I test drove and we agreed on the price very quickly. The used vehicle comes with a 6 month warranty. The salesmen and manger were very good. Thanks, Willams Auto World.

Williams Subaru - MI review
I recently purchased a 2016 Audi A5 Cabriolet from Noah Timms at Williams Auto World and it was an excellent experience! This is the first used vehicle I've purchased from a dealership and I was a bit reluctant, but was worries were put to rest after working with Noah. He was very friendly and professional, no high pressure sales tactics. I negotiated a fair price prior to visiting the dealership and it worked out perfectly! My car was ready within a few minutes of my arrival and I it was just as nice as the pictures displayed on the website. I couldn't be happier! Tyler, Business Manager who completed all the paperwork, was also very friendly and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Thank you Williams Auto World for the great experience! I love my new Audi A5!

Excellent service; JZ was so accommodating and trustworthy. I appreciated his low key approach. The process was expeditious. I was also incredibly grateful for the investment the dealer made in the car to pass on a reliable vehicle.

Great experience. From the first time I contacted the dealership via email, our sales guy- Mark Johnston - gave the information I asked for, no pressure, just knowledgeable, straightforward info and answers to my questions. He and the sales manager Dave made a deal for me that no other dealership was willing to make, and I bought two cars from them. Great experience.
