Imperial Subaru review
My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

Anchor Auto Group - Subaru Nissan review
We had hoped to have a good car buying experience when we went to Anchor Subaru and instead we had a great experience with our salesman Frantz. He listened very well to get an understanding of what we were looking for. In a short time he had shown us one of a few cars that became exactly what we were looking for. We decided the next day to trade in our other car for a new Crosstrek. We couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled and we love both of our recently purchased cars. All of our interactions with Frantz were very easy and accomodating. We had a hitch put on one of our recently purchased vehicles and Jack in the Service Department handled that experience so well. The waiting room at the dealership is very relaxing and roomy. Snacks and drinks are available as complimentary. Anchor Subaru stands out as a top dealership! We have purchased vehicles here before and it is always a pleasure.

As always Great Service! When a problem arises They do everything they can To find the solution 🤸 Gathering of great minds 🤔 Always enjoy being there And I feel that my car is in Good hands 🤗
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

This is my third purchase from Metrowest Subaru. This experience, like the previous two, was excellent -- from the reception, the conversations about car options, the trade-in negotiation, and the pick-up of the new car. Michael was friendly, transparent, accommodating, and professional throughout the process.

Bethany was so helpful. I wanted new blades for my windows. She sad the front was 60 dollars. I said ok. When she came back with my billi notice that the blades were not on the bill. She said oh yeah they were coveted by the warranty! No charge. I paid took the free car wash and on my way. Today it rained. New wipers. I just keep saying thank you Bethann oh the tune up was great. Runs brand new.

Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe review
Jason and his team did a stellar job on my Ascent. I brought it in for the 60K service and mentioned some potential issues with RPMs and a jolting sensation. Long story short, there was a transmission issue that had to go beyond the local team, to Subaru Technical service. The diagnostic testing was very thorough, as was the communication from Jason on what was happening. I was provided a lovely loaner, so there was zero inconvenience to me. My car was fixed under the warranty, and the final bill was less than expected. The whole experience was professional, kind and thorough. I really appreciate Jason, Adam and everyone else who worked on my car.

I was not sure that I needed a new car. The young man who first greeted us was both professional and patient. A month later we went back to actually buy a car and asked for him specifically. The whole process was easy because of the staff. I’m delighted with my 4th Subaru.

Service agent Yvonne DeJongh was phenomenal. She is my “go to” person for all my interactions with Subaru. I retired from Delta Airlines as a customer service agent for 30 years and I know what excellent customer service entails. Need more like Yvonne.

6000 mile service was quick and efficient. Priced reasonably!. Purchased 2 additional services on the spot! And will happily be back for all my automotive needs in the future. Will also recommend them to my friends.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

Atlantic Subaru review
We were only looking but ended up buying a new Forester. Bill was great. He went out of his way to make available the vehicle we wanted to test drive. It had recently come in on the truck but wasn’t ready for a drive. Bill made it happen. With a little patience we secured our new vehicle. Looking forward to working with Atlantic in the future and stopping in to say hi to Bill.

It was my first time at this dealership and I was able to make a deal in the same day without any frustration. Thank you, Jason Plante for your help and time. Clenir Venades
