Katie did a great job keeping me updated on what was needed and how much time it would take to fix the problem I was having with my car. Also did a very good job correcting the problem I was having and it was labor Intensive. I appreciate everyone involved fixing my car.

This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Griffith at Metrowest Subaru service was very helpful and friendly. Their service is excellent though a bit expensive.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.

This is my third purchase from Metrowest Subaru. This experience, like the previous two, was excellent -- from the reception, the conversations about car options, the trade-in negotiation, and the pick-up of the new car. friendly and so helpful but you need more staff handling final documents when very busy. I waited about 45 for the paperwork. your staff was on the ball but one person can only handle so many. So if the wait room is mobbed add another staff for paperwork.

This is my third Forester. I love it as much as I did the first two! The people are professional and friendly. Service has been excellent. My cars have been leased vehicles, under warranty and have not needed repairs !
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

I was not sure that I needed a new car. The young man who first greeted us was both professional and patient. A month later we went back to actually buy a car and asked for him specifically. The whole process was easy because of the staff. I’m delighted with my 4th Subaru.

Very professional from check in to picking up my freshly washed car!! Nice to have a clean bill of health to go along the new oil!!
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

Copeland Subaru Hyannis review
I really like Copeland Subaru in Hyannis...I like the quality of the work they do to keep our two Outbacks running well...I especially like the staff that I most directly work with as the face of the service department, and one employee in particular, Essence. It's the patience, the thoroughness, the little things like toping off the air pressure in my wife's Outback when we were dropping off my car for service.

Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield review
German Deras took very good care of me from the moment I walked in till the moment I was driving away with my car. Personable, knowledgeable, patient, and worked hard to get me a great deal. Of all the Subaru dealerships I looked at, this was by far the best, and German was a very large part of why.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

Atlantic Subaru review
We were only looking but ended up buying a new Forester. Bill was great. He went out of his way to make available the vehicle we wanted to test drive. It had recently come in on the truck but wasn’t ready for a drive. Bill made it happen. With a little patience we secured our new vehicle. Looking forward to working with Atlantic in the future and stopping in to say hi to Bill.
