I am new to The Villages, so I was unaware of Bill Bryan Subaru service center‘s excellent reputation. Several weeks ago, I was at an early morning medical appointment in Orlando and came out to my car to find my 5 year old battery dead as a door nail. I was able to get a “jump,” but I was very shaky about heading home and perhaps not being able to start my car later in the day. From Orlando, I randomly looked up Subaru dealers near TV. I called Bill Bryan Subaru service at about 8:30 in the morning...probably every service departments busiest time...and a very nice scheduler realized my panic and said “bring it on in”. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by Alejandro Rosar. Not only did he have a new battery installed, he also had an oil change, much needed, added on to the service. The technician also performed a wonderful multi-point inspection. Alejandro went over that report with me and, I have to say, his attention and the new battery, the oil change, and the inspection gave me a very satisfied and secure feeling about my car. AND on top of all that, the service department gave my car the BEST wash my car has ever had! I highly recommend Bill Bryan Subaru Service Center and Alejandro and I will return.

Brought my 6000+ mile Cross Trek in for an oil change and to check a tire for a slow leak. I brought the car in at 1000 miles and they couldn?t find the problem. I even got several emails from Subaru about the low pressure so the issue was documented. Once again they said they couldn?t find any problem. I explained that I am adding air to the tire every three days. I gave the service provider the choice of trying again or putting on a new tire at their expense and they somehow found the leak. She was a very nice person, I just couldn?t believe she/they expected me to leave with a well documented slow leak unresolved.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

I wholeheartedly, highly recommend Subaru Lakeland when looking to make a Subaru automobile purchase! I live in Broward County (South Florida), which is a little over 3 hours away, and know the value, care, expertise, quality, and professionalism I will receive when purchasing my new Subaru with them. They are AWESOME!!! In fact, I bought my first Subaru Outback back in 2021 from Subaru Lakeland, and remembered Louis Hepburn, who helped me with my purchase. Here it is, March of 2026, and I have just purchased my newest 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness, and I love it! I will say that they are all wonderful! As I always date in regards to this dealership that it feels like a family environment or like a group of your friends. The service advisors are outstanding and friendly. The waiting area is clean and always has snacks. There’s just an environment of, what I would call, normal. My service advisor, Michael Biglow, always takes great care of me and my vehicle. I always recommend this dealership when people ask me where I go for service. When I tell them Lakeland, I’m always asked why I go so far. I always tell them that I would go twice as far for great customer service and service department than to go to a service department that always seems to be a revolving door of staff and it’s never the same people twice.
