Mastria Subaru review
Jadaice our salesman was the best! Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went over every aspect of the car and its features. It was a used car in impeccable condition. He went over the maintenance the car had received in every detail to show us the actual condion the car was in and answered all our questions and then some. He fought for a higher trade in deal. This is our third car we have bought from this dealership. Jadaice made it very easy and pleasurable.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

I have all my service at Atlantic. This time Kevin was my service advisor and he is really superb. The service was quick and thorough. All the service staff are very professional and personable.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

I was not sure that I needed a new car. The young man who first greeted us was both professional and patient. A month later we went back to actually buy a car and asked for him specifically. The whole process was easy because of the staff. I’m delighted with my 4th Subaru.

The people at Mastria Subaru are genuinely good people! Jake was patient and helped me find the Outback I was looking for at a great price! Very knowledgeable and cool dude! Start to finish the experience was awesome and enjoyable! I highly recommend Mastria if you're in the market for a Subaru!
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

friendly and so helpful but you need more staff handling final documents when very busy. I waited about 45 for the paperwork. your staff was on the ball but one person can only handle so many. So if the wait room is mobbed add another staff for paperwork.

We were only looking but ended up buying a new Forester. Bill was great. He went out of his way to make available the vehicle we wanted to test drive. It had recently come in on the truck but wasn’t ready for a drive. Bill made it happen. With a little patience we secured our new vehicle. Looking forward to working with Atlantic in the future and stopping in to say hi to Bill.

2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

My overall experience with servicing my car has been very good and all my concerns were heard and understood by the customer service department
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

I recently had some non warranty repair work done, On my 2026 Outback, I was extremely impressed with the dealership from diagnosis of the problem and being kept informed. Service agent Bethann I can’t praise enough, I wasn’t able to take the car with me and She arranged a loaner car for me while it was being serviced. I highly recommend Clay Subaru.

Clay Subaru review
I have had some difficult circumstances with my vehicle, and the service team at clay Subaru has consistently treated me with honesty, kindness, and respect. Will and Anna in particular have been exceptional in my experience. They take the time to explain what is going on and help me understand my options. I have always appreciated how transparent they are about repairs. On more than one occasion, I’ve been invited to the back to see my car on the lift before any work was done, which gave me a much clearer understanding of what they were seeing. Drop off and pick up are a breeze, the service waiting area is clean and comfortable, with Wi-Fi and snacks, which makes a long appointment much easier. What stands out most to me is the way I am treated as a person. During my most recent visit Will and the mechanics were genuinely kind, thoughtful, and trustworthy human beings. That kind of experience matters, especially when car repairs are already stressful. In the past, I would never have considered using a dealership mechanic, but here I I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I know this sounds corny, but my experience at Clay Subaru is kind of the reason I want to continue to drive a Subaru.

Imperial Subaru review
My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.

Bought a car from George. He was very professional and eager to satisfy. I would strongly recommend both him and Imperial Subaru to anyone wishing to purchase a car.
