Carter Subaru in ShorelineReviews
Carter Subaru in Shoreline review
We narrowed our car search down to a couple Subaru models, and then used a local, unsanctioned Subaru website to research all the tradeoffs and options. When it came time to snag a specific car, we got quite a range of quotes from Western Washington dealers. Joe Spitz, at Carter Subaru Shoreline, offered a discounted price that was far less than the next lowest quote for the same car. His proposal wasn?t even in the same league as the much higher fixed prices used at some Subaru stores. So we got the exact vehicle package we were seeking, for a model that is in very high demand, and paid a deeply discounted price that made a joke of the ?true? car values listed by the various car buying websites. I have pretty high expectations when I?m about to be parting with a lot of money. Our sales consultant, Joe Spitz, impressed me as the kind of guy who eats, sleeps, and loves the Subaru brand. Joe not only exceeded all my expectations, but he also significantly lessened the amount of money I had to part with :)! His candid and thorough response to my questions, and his use of just the right amount of humor, made the buying process downright enjoyable. He has really earned my respect. Without reservation, I?d suggest that anyone in the market for a Subaru ?Goe see Joe? - at Carter Subaru in Shoreline.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Carter Subaru Ballard review
I'd like to echo what Bill Taraday said about working with Brittany New. She's incredible! We came in to test drive the Subaru Forester, and was quickly impressed at her wealth, and depth of knowledge. Once she understood my priorities, she made some additional recommendations, which were spot on. I came back and purchased a used VW with Brittany's help, and never felt pressured. It was genuinely a pleasurable purchasing experience, and would highly recommend working with Brittany. We will be back!

Kendall Subaru of Marysville did it once again! This is the seventh car deal we have done with David Jennings. My parents needed a new Forester, and he went above and beyond just like every other car deal he has handled for us. He is truly the top salesperson in the auto group. If you want a process that is simple, quick, and easy, David is your guy! Recommend 100%—this place has a premium feel. You will love it! Don’t forget to ask for David Jennings! Thanks, Travis Smith!

Carter Subaru Ballard review
We worked with Brittany New when buying our Certified Pre Owned Impreza and it was an easy, stress free experience. Not only is she knowledgeable about her trade but is a very likable person who was always responsive to my questions via email or phone. She made herself available to us, although I'm sure she was juggling many "xxxxx" at any given moment that hardly seemed apparent. She made sure the process was simple for us and that we were getting what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Friendly Professional and fast would recommend them to everyone. They finished the job way before they said they would.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

Kendall Subaru of Marysville review
We had a very positive experience at this location. Because of current supply chain issues, they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Nancy was great in helping us get one ordered. Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Eastside SubaruReviews
Eastside Subaru review
Arrived shortly after opening and there were already a lot of people there but we were still addressed quickly and so warmly by David right when we got there! Came in for an oil change and it was finished in less then an hour, with lots of tea and coffee options and snacks while we waited. When David came back over in less than an hour we got a little worried something was wrong with the car, but he let us know they noticed our drivers door had a small manufacturing error and wanted to tell us asap while we still had warranty, then got us scheduled for an appt to fix it. He didn't have to catch that or say anything, and the fact that he did just shows how much he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. David was so attentive the whole time, checking in on us, making sure we were comfortable, and explaining everything clearly so we never felt confused or in the dark. It's rare to feel this taken care of at a service appointment and we are so appreciative of him going above and beyond. Can't rave enough about how incredibly kind David is, this was honestly the best service experience we've ever had and we'll definitely be asking for him from now on.

Peninsula SubaruReviews
Peninsula Subaru review
We recently purchased a used car from Peninsula Subaru in Bremerton, WA. We had a great experience and we're happy with our used car. We worked with Patrick. He was very helpful, and easy to work with. Patrick took care of some extra details for us that made our purchasing process much easier. We definitely recommend Peninsula Subaru Pre-owned cars sales. Many thanks to Patrick, and also thanks to Joey for help when we picked up the car.

Gus, Amir and Bobby stayed late to get the deal done. They made quite the impact on us with their friendliness. Went out of their way with knowledge, politeness and overall kindness. We will be back and we highly recommend that you do business with them. I have never had such a positive car buying experience. Thank you Peninsula Subaru but many many many thanks to Gus, Amir and Bobby!!!! Job well done

CarMax BirminghamReviews
CarMax Birmingham review
My wife went in to buy a car alone, as I was out of state working. She worked with a salesman by the name of Mr. Jolly. He was amazing with her. He showed her the cars she wanted to look at, ran credit through the bank of our request and spent the necessary time it took to seal the deal. He was steadfast, helpful and attentive. I was please to meet Mr. Jolly and thank him personally when I came in a few days later to sign paperwork that she had already signed. She was happy and if mama is happy, I'm happy.
