This is my third purchase from Metrowest Subaru. This experience, like the previous two, was excellent -- from the reception, the conversations about car options, the trade-in negotiation, and the pick-up of the new car. Michael was friendly, transparent, accommodating, and professional throughout the process.

Imperial Subaru review
My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.

This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Imperial Subaru review
Bought a car from George. He was very professional and eager to satisfy. I would strongly recommend both him and Imperial Subaru to anyone wishing to purchase a car.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

This is the second purchase I made from Bob Waite. That should say it all. He provided me with the necessary information and let me make my own decisions. He was not pushy, he responded right away whenever I reach out to him with any questions. He found what I was looking for at a fair price. I was in and out of the dealer whiten 2 hours. These people do not play games for profit. Very fair!!!

2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

German Deras took very good care of me from the moment I walked in till the moment I was driving away with my car. Personable, knowledgeable, patient, and worked hard to get me a great deal. Of all the Subaru dealerships I looked at, this was by far the best, and German was a very large part of why.

Suburban Subaru review
We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car from Suburban Subaru in Vernon, CT, and we can't speak highly enough about the outstanding service we received. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the expertise and dedication of Dan Leary, the Product Specialist who assisted us throughout the process. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dan greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately made us feel at ease. He took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, ensuring that he understood exactly what we were looking for in a new car. Dan's knowledge of the Subaru lineup was truly impressive. He patiently answered all of our questions and provided valuable insights into the various features and options available to us. With his guidance, we were able to find the perfect vehicle that met all of our requirements. One aspect of our experience that particularly stood out was the efficiency and professionalism displayed by Dan and the entire team at Suburban Subaru. The entire purchasing process was quick and seamless, with Dan expertly guiding us through each step. From the initial test drive to the final paperwork, everything was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience at Suburban Subaru. Dan Leary went above and beyond to ensure that we had a positive buying experience, and we are extremely grateful for his assistance. If you're in the market for a new car and want exceptional service, we highly recommend paying a visit to Suburban Subaru in Vernon, CT. You won't be disappointed!
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

Suburban Subaru review
Everything went very smoothly. They had the vehicle I was looking for. The salesman, Ed W. was knowledgeable, customer friendly and patient. We were buying this vehicle for our business so a little more involved. The vehicle was nicely cleaned, prepared and even had a tank full of gas. I plan on going back and working with Ed on a personal vehicle.
