X Drive Auto Sales, Inc.Reviews
X Drive Auto Sales, Inc. review
Friendly staff, not too pushy; however, Buyer Beware -- they do a great job making a car look great both in pictures and in person, but the car we bought turned out to have nearly non-existent brakes, badly worn rotors, and, unfortunately, engine damage from having been run with little to no oil in the past. We checked the oil in the parking lot, looked new and topped off, and no signs of leaking. Didn't check the exhaust pipe, however, which would have given a clue to the amount of oil the engine was (is) burning. We discovered this upon getting a 120K mile service interval one week *after* purchase from XDrive -- they pulled the oil filter and there was a TON of metal shavings in it, and we soon discovered that its burning oil at the rate of approx. one quart per gas tank or six hours of driving time. Only way to have found this was to have it checked by a mechanic *before* purchase.
2015 Subaru BRZ review
I’ve owned multiple sports cars and this is one of the best in terms of value. It’s not the fastest in a straight line but that’s not what it’s designed for. It handles so well in the turns and is still comfortable for doing long road trips. They are super easy to modify and super easy to work on.

There was a problem with an unsafe gouge in the sidewall of a tire on the car I purchased. I missed seeing it on initial inspection. After purchase, I brought the problem to Brandon’s attention and he bought me a new tire.

had an excellent experience with Otis and Victor at CarNeed Inc. From the beginning, they were professional, patient and straightforward with me throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful, especially when you’re putting a lot of trust into a dealership and can’t just walk in and inspect the car yourself. Otis and Victor went above and beyond to make sure everything we discussed was taken care of. They communicated with me, followed through on the repairs we agreed on and made sure the vehicle was ready before I made the trip. When I finally picked up the car, it was everything they told me it would be — actually, it was perfect. No surprises, no last-minute issues and no feeling like I had been given the runaround. I especially appreciate that they stood behind their word. That means a lot when you’re spending this kind of money on a vehicle. Otis and Victor — thank you both for making this a great experience. You earned my trust and my business. I would absolutely recommend CarNeed to anyone looking for a vehicle, and I’ll definitely remember you guys the next time I’m in the market. 5 stars all day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cascade Subaru review
Amazing experience. I had an outstanding time at this dealership. This is a small car dealership , and the atmosphere here is much more pleasant than in other, more modern places. No one puts pressure on the buyers , and every customer is treated attentively . Matt Harteis , the sales associate who helped me, went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He worked hard to get me approved for financing and explained everything clearly along the way. His professionalism, honesty, and genuinely friendly attitude made a huge difference. If you're looking for great customer service and a team that truly cares, definitely ask for Matt. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommended!!! Thanks again
2023 Subaru BRZ review
The Subaru BRZ is the most reasonable sport car with sufficient trunk room and a very small back. Seat, that can be folded down, if needed. The flat four cyl w/o turbo is enough. Power, 228 hp to make this a fun car to drive.

Byers Airport Subaru review
I came in for an oil change and found a very welcoming environment. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. They did a fantastic job! not only did they change the oil, but they also performed a wheel alignment. I'll definitely be going back for my next oil change and any other services I need

A fun car with performance features make it an excellent car in it's CLASS. Don't expect Corvette performance...remember what the BRZ is. Back seats are near worthless, but who cares.

Liberty Ford Canton review
Incredible experience with the best and most stress-free process I could ever ask for. Justin was the perfect salesman; kind, respectful, efficient, and responsible. Zero pressure, no shady tactics, just a good ol plain, honest and straight forward sale! I hope to do business with them again and soon…and that speaks volumes considering we are across the country!
2022 Subaru BRZ review
The fun-to-dollar ratio is off the charts with the second-generation BRZ. The car offers tremendous handling, adequate power (a welcome upgrade from the first generation), great looks and quality fit and finish. I have the Limited edition with the upgraded interior and the seats are quite comfortable and the car is well set up for spirited driving. At this price point you aren't going to get a truly luxury interior, but the quality, appearance and comfort (but only for the front seat passengers!) that come with this car provide great value for the money. The rear seat is only suitable for carrying groceries, packages or small children. They are practically useless for holding adult passengers. Other quibbles are that the drink holders in the center console are in an awkward position and the sound system is really poor. If listening to music is an integral part of your driving experience, you will want to install an after-market system. Overall, however, this car is a home run. The driving experience takes me back to the days of the old British sports cars, but with massively improved performance, quality, comfort and reliability.
