They submit your credit app to multiple lenders, so that there is competition. Ended up with the car we wanted at a good price and a very competitive rate. Only false note was offering an after-market warranty that has a poor online reputation. Made things as easy as they could be. Willing to show us cars that hadn't been rebuilt yet, in case we were interested and willing to wait, rather than pushing us to take something off the lot immediately. Car came with a decent set of tires, too.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

I've had my 2019 Impreza Limited wagon for a little over three years now. In general, it's an excellent car for the price, with many safety and other features found only in cars costing much more. The Eyesight safety suite, Apple/Android Carplay, and Synchronized All Wheel Drive are the highlights. These are advanced systems but are easy to operate intuitively. Other nice features are driver visibility, quality fit and finish, and easy-to-see dash controls. It's a nice looking car but exterior styling is a little clunky. Other low points are a jerky CVT transmission, lower-than-estimated MPG (but still not bad) even with conservative driving, and very low front-end clearance. This is a sensible, not sporty car. If you want a zippy small car, this is not it. If you want an affordable AWD that's reliable, you can't do better.

Bought a chrysler sebring with 20,000 miles on it 7 years ago (now 65,000) Routine maintenance. Never an issue. Still running great. Best deal I ever made in my 50 years of buying and driving.

I always feel very safe with Vermont winters. Always feel I have control even in inclement weather! I love all the standard features and feel safe driving my grandchildren in this car.

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

This is my second Impreza... The best car for me... Great AWD... Good contemporary design. Handles great. Love the 11.6-inch screen. So many safety features.

My first car/Subaru and i will never trade it in! i will drive it until the wheels and rims fall off! Eyesight technology has saved me countless accidents and also have saved pedestrians lives! Not happy about the gas mileage and speed but its a great car! I will forever be team subie!

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

I had an accident with my car and went to Mitsubishi to see if I could continue driving my car till I could get it repaired. The staff was exceptional with me and were completely honest on the status of the car. Kerina, the office manager, practically held my hand throughout the entire process. She drove me to the car rental location and waited with me until I was finished and followed me back their dealership. She had my car taken to the repair shop and helped us through that process as well. We decided to buy another car and had an excellent experience with Will. He knew how much I loved that car and he found us one that was exactly the same. Will even went so far as to retrieve all the articles that were in our damaged car that was at the repair shop. He had all the paperwork ready for us when we finished work. Your staff was amazing!!!! I truly appreciate their empathy for my situation and their dedication to guaranteeing our satisfaction. I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

This is my 4th Subaru, 1st new & 1st Impreza. I hated my early 2000 Forester-boxy/noisey loved both of my outbacks. Other than regular maintenance none of them had any major problems. Subaru of America never hides any issues or recalls, they have been quick to alert me and fix ALL. Every car company has recalls, sadly many companies try and hide the fact or sweep it under the rug so they don't have to fix it or pay up. Not Subaru in fact after my 3 year warranty ran out and they found an issue with the tires, Continental would not cover them nor prorate them. Yet SOA stepped up and paid for all 4 mounted, balanced, and alignment for FREE! Now THAT is a customer friendly car company in a world of rip-offs! They have me for life! I'm getting 30 mpg town and 40 highway! AWD that's awesome!
