Kevin Miller was very helpful in getting us the car we wanted from another location and throughout the purchase experience. Each person we dealt with in the process, including Brian and Zach, was friendly and considered our needs. Kevin is very patient when I ask my dozens of questions. This is our second car purchase from Gateway, with Kevin as the sales rep. Our first experience was so good we went right back to Gateway and Kevin.

Barb was very welcoming and listened to our needs in purchasing a new car. She took the time to described and clearly explain the differences and benefits between the two vehicles models we were considering . Once we agreed on our vehicle, she immediately began to orchestrate the deal components including a minor cosmetic repair that was important to us. She was extremely helpful with the delivery of the vehicle explaining simply and in depth the features and functions of our new car. Her overall attention to the details made this a very transaction extremely smooth and satisfying.
We would highly recommend Gateway Subaru as a great place to buy a vehicle. Barb Sieger was a terrific salesperson. No hassle or pressure. Showed us all the Outback and Forester features and worked with us on the final price of our first Subaru. Zach was also great in helping us complete the deal.
Although we had a good rapport with Barbara and she was very welcoming and not high pressure which we liked. We were somewhat disappointed with the total time the transaction took. At times when we had questions there was no one in the showroom to ask other than the young lady at the front desk and of course she could only page someone to address our questions. The Subaru that we purchased had many, many upgrades of technology and it would have been nice to learn some of those options at a slower pace for older folks like us. Hope this might help for future sales. We do love this vehicle so far.
