Always trouble with fuel filters and ignition switch .my drivers window locks me in the car on rainy days, I have to roll window down and open door from outside.Headliner is shredded like I used a knife on it

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

Had this car 3 years, and I’m planning to keep it longer, despite its faults. I have the 2016 500x 2ltr diesel, 4x4 auto version. All good, apart from... AC stopped working - and will be very costly to fix; and Intermittent gearbox problem - generally happens after a few hundred miles at motorway speed. Dealer doesn’t know what to do, out of warranty, and they deny there was a recall - which, if you google, is really easy to find.

I've been taking my PT Cruiser to Quality for 12 or 13 years, ever since moving to Albuquerque. In 35 years of owning cars, this is the best repair shop I've used. They're prompt, and they fix the problem (not my experience with some other places).

I’ve owned this for 2.5 years, I bought it because it was as jeep and allowed me to drive it in electric mode. Few problems. I drive it almost exclusively in electric mode. Yes, there are times when electric is unavailable but that is due to not putting gas in for a long time. Once I even put in 2-3 gals. good to go.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

Handles great on road very good brakes and stopping power, Good on gas. Had for over a year now and no flaws or complaints. Attractive interior and exterior!!

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

Richard was my salesman, very attentive, very responsive, very helpful. Jacob is the knowledge man. He knows every single button, switch, command, trick, gadget in every vehicle. He drove 45 minutes to my home to show me the inns and outs of my vehicle and programmed my garage door openers. If he doesn’t get commission he should! Daniel in the service department was my service representative. Every, single person I have dealt with at Lexus has been absolutely amazing. Best customer service ever! The cars are incredible, but it’s the customer service that will keep you going back.

Purchased 2022 Lifted Ram 1500 Bighorn. I had been looking for a new 2022 Full Size Truck for the past couple weeks. I am from Southern New Mexico, so I looked in Las Cruces/El Paso/Carlsbad, etc...What a joke. Every dealer wanted 15 to 20K OVER MSRP. Now I know I would have to pay at least MSRP, and probably no wiggle room. I was ok with that. I decided to look on Melloy Dodge website, and I found something I really liked. I used the website to contact the sales dept. REAL EASY and NO PRESSURE. I explained the experience I was having at other dealers, that I was coming with my own financing, and I wanted an "Out the Door" Price. Michael Calvillo responded within 30 minutes with an unbelievable quote (No B.S. inflated pricing), after we spoke on the phone within an hour. Needless to say, I was up in Albuquerque within 2 days to sign the paperwork. Frank in Financing was super nice, and NO PRESSURE. I did buy some options he offered, but again, no pressure. Michael (AWESOME) and the Melloy team let me keep the Truck there until I could come up on Saturday and drive it home. When I picked up the truck on Saturday it was CLEAN inside and out. Took 5 minutes at most and I was on my home. PEOPLE OF THE INTERNET...THIS IS HOW A CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE!!! :-) I can't tell you how much I appreciate the entire process. First things first, no be told me that electric vehicles stink when they charge. Be prepared for your garage to stink if you charge in your garage. Comfort. It’s a pretty spacious car and has comfortable seats. It rides decently smooth but can feel a bit stiff. You’re definitely feel how heavy this car is but it has plants of power to push it. The rolling stops are never smooth, it’s always pretty abrupt. The auto brake while parking or reversing can be very jolting. Interior. It’s a VERY nice interior with a massive sunroof. You get a lot of features standard like heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and wireless apple car play. The cup holders are big enough for my Nalgene water bottle! The materials used feel very GM and smudge very easily, some materials look and feel very cheap. There also isn’t a ton of storage. Performance. This thing is fun! I burn through the charge quickly and I don’t even care. The normal outlet charger is extremely slow. You can expect between 4-6 percent charge per night. Value. The only reason we got this car is because it was $20k off. If it were not for that it wouldn’t be on our radar. At that standard price it’s way over priced. Exterior. It’s a beautiful exterior but the paint job is SUB PAR. I can understand the swirls in the paint as most car manufacturers paint quality is like that and can be fixed with a detail but this thing has a lot of paint chips that look like they were filled with a grease pen. Very prevalent on corners of doors. Reliability. I haven’t had this thing long enough to talk about reliability.

The facility is very nice and the atmosphere is definitely low pressure. The prices are on the high side for new cars, which they justify by saying the cars are thoroughly inspected prior to being sold. The prices are set - no haggling. My only problem with them is they seriously lowballed us on our trade in - I was expecting an offer that would let them make a profit on our trade in, but they were at least four thousand under a conservative Blue Book trade in value. I may go back if I sell my car on my own, but I won't be bringing in a trade.

this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well

Car needed a small repair seem to get the part rather quickly got the car back two days.. Great customer service, speedy repair overall experience very happy with them 100 percent.

I purchased this car new i have the panoramic sunroof. It leaked the year after I bought the car was repaired under warranty. Last month the roof started leaking again. Cost a fortune to fix as i also needed the roof shade as that was water damaged. I love the car. But do not get one with a panoramic sunroof.

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

I am very happy with my "new" 2016 Ford Expedition, King Ranch Edition! I have had 2 Expedition Eddie Bauer Editions, so I am very familiar with them. Still, the features and quality trim and interior were beyond my expectations. My wife and I drove it home over one thousand miles over a couple days, and it drove like a dream and performed very well! The look of the Expedition turns heads, and I'll probably drive it for a long time.
