Honda has been servicing my 2016 Honda Civic (with over 100,000 mi now), for almost 10 years, and this is the only Honda I trust my baby with. The Honda staff, especially Martin, the Manager, are absolutely AMAZING. They are always busy but welcoming, dedicated, and still show up with a sense of humor and a smile. Recently, engine oil was spilled all over my engine block and spark plugs while I was over 150mi away. I had to get the car towed back, I had been laid off, finances were tight and really didn't know what I was going to do. I called and was transparent about my situation and Martin assured me they would be able to get my car back up and running for an affordable price, and they did. But what was so meaningful is he also held a compassionate space for me to feel safe enough to share my vulnerable situation. They did a full tune up, removed all the spilled oil, and my car was running like new again, like Martin said, for a very affordable price. Shortly after, I took me and my 90-year-old Granny on a road trip 300+ miles away, one-way, and she (Honda Civic, not Granny) ran great. This meant a lot seeing that I was going to be traveling with my Granny. To have the full confidence in a car dealership is not always easy except when it comes to Honda of the Desert. The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

I had a recall repair yesterday. It was easy to schedule, they did a complimentary vehicle inspection for me and the car was serviced and back to me before the estimated time for repair. Savanah was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

This was by far the easiest experience buying a car I've had. Leased a 2018 ionic electric, when I did my commute I quickly realized electric wasnt going to work. Called the dealer and spoke with Pedro the sales manager and Lauren the sales rep sho helped me originally. They both were extremely helpful, and even though they didnt have too, they took the electric ionic back and I walked out with the hybrid version. The exchange was simple, professional, and easy. Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! This Jeep is undoubtedly the best of the cars that my fiance and I have owned. In the two short years since we bought it, we've taken it to southern Florida and back three times without any trouble. It's been reliable and for me, pretty comfortable. Love our Jeep!

I'm 6'1" - I would like a bit more space in front Brakes don't sound right; dealership said they are fine, but make a noise when braking (at times)

This vehicle is good to have it. The only thing I don't like it, is sucking too much Gas other than that I didn't have any issues so far

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

We bought a 2022, 350IS Lexus, we are very happy with the deal we received. Since then I have taken it in for regular maintenance appointments, they were very helpful & professional. I was even given a loaner car for the day, so I wouldn’t have to sit around waiting all day. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly. After my windows were tinted, my husband mentioned he wants his done (his is not a Lexus) they said bring it in we can do it, so we did, they did a great job on both cars.

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

I live closer to the dealership in Indio, however I go out of my way to take my Jeep to the Cathedral City Dealership, because I have always received SUPERURB service from each Tech that has assisted me, and I just took my Jeep there for the 4th time. Every time has been a great experience! Michael Flores was my most recent service rep, and he was fantastic, he fulfilled every promise that he made, just like all of the Tech's before him. I will continue to take my Jeep to this dealer, and probably buy my next one there!

We got a great deal and the staff were very helpful and respectful. We negotiated a price online and there were no hidden fees or add-ons when we came to buy. We paid what they told us the price would be.

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.
