I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

I like the way this dealership keeps you working with the same person. I got lucky and was assigned to Patrick. I bought a service package when I bought the car here a couple of years ago. They remind me when to come in, which is really great for me. Patrick seems to have learned my personality a bit, and does a good job of explaining things to me in particular. He is also very helpful about suggesting ways I can spread normal maintenance items across time so is not to bust the budget. I am hoping that when I reached the end of my maintenance package that the dealership will have another good offer so I can keep coming here. It's hard to trust a shop, but I trust this one - just because of Patrick. I see in the reviews there are other effective folks working there, so hopefully these reviews refect a consistently good hiring practice.

This small SUV is perfect if you are looking for the handling of a sports sedan with the cargo room of an SUV. The gas milage leave a little something to be desired but for a turbo 24mpg highway is nothing to sneeze at.

Best car shopping experience yet! These guys are honest and straight forward. They don't try to sell you a bunch of things you don't need and they are super knowledgeable about electric cars. My only gripe is that their phone system is terrible. I was never able to get through, but they did see that I called and returned the call. It is my understanding that they are testing out the phone system so hopefully they'll nix it nd get anew one! We'll def be back for our next electric car!

Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

traded in my 2016 Mustang GT in for the 2025 Escape and so far I'm loving it, good gas mileage, reliable, such a smooth ride and fun to drive.

I want to give a huge thank you to Jeremy "808" and his boss Kiyoshi at Kendall Ford Vancouver!! Ive had my new truck for a couple weeks now and couldn't be happier! This is my 100% honest review of my experience.. I viewed a 2018 Nissan Frontier that Kendall had advertised online. I sent inquiry, Jeremy responded via text almost immediately. We soon spoke over the phone, I explained my situation of negative equity in my current car and a low fixed income. I really pushed the fact that it has to be the right deal.. right payment, right vehicle or I wouldnt bite. Jeremy assured me that if I would make the trip in, he'd be able to make the deal I needed/wanted. To be honest, I was skeptical.. heard it before just to get the run around or a bad deal. To my very pleasant surprise, "808" did exactly what he promised! Before I arrived he and Kiyoshi had already discussed a few options for me. First option was a really good deal but more then what I needed.. I wanted mid-size crew cab truck. Again, first truck (chevy silverado 4x4 zr1) was beautiful and a great deal but more than I needed. I honestly figured this would be the moment it would all fall down and id leave with no new deal and frustrated.. just the opposite happened! They brought out my dream truck! A beautiful black Nissan Frontier SV! So this would be the point now to get me excited, stick me with a ridiculous price and high payments right?? Wrong again! They swallowed 6k of negative equity on my trade in and still sold me the Frontier for 1k under blue book! The truck also qualified for Kendalls free 6 month power train warranty so no worries that I was getting a great deal on a bad truck.. I absolutely love my truck, I have zero buyers remorse, kept the same payment as my trade in, cleaned up a ton of negative equity and now have a vehicle that will retain its resale value long after I get my use out of it. First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

The Salesman was excellent. All good experience. Only negative was the car came in contrary to what we hoped for. Nothing to do with sales or dealership. In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

Nick, is always courteous, knowledgeable in his explanations of what was found and needs to be done in the near future. He is very helpful in planning for the needed repairs.

Other than having a difficult time getting anyone in the service department to answer the phone, or return a message, once reaching them they do a great job of getting work done on time and well.

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

I recently purchased a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek and Jon was a pleasure to work with every step of the way! He was knowledgeable about the year and model. I even took the dealer up on their offer to put a deposit down so the car would be "on hold" while I wait a couple days for my PPI appointment with the mechanic, something I'd never done before. I would happily buy another car from this dealership!

My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

We bought a vehicle from Harrison Luccock at Wilsonville Subaru and we absolutely love it!!! The staff there was amazing and very friendly. Any issue that arose they handled immediately and professionally . The car we wanted wasn’t available so they gave us “plan B” and we love it!!!! Thanks for being so amazing and if we get another vehicle, we are coming to y’all. As a side note, we went to the Toyota dealer first and their customer service was horrible! Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

I would recommend this car for a single individual, maybe as a commuter or a teenage driver. I wouldn’t recommend for growing families. Four adults will not fit comfortably, it’s just too small. I wish I would have got the CX-70 but they’re just too expensive.

Game changing. Luxurious and affordable. Makes relying fully on an EV an easy and comfortable reality. This car goes head-to-head (and beyond) with any luxury sedan. With the regen mode (which you choose the level of with the paddle to the left of the wheel) it's easy to get above the standard range level. Has auto pilot, lane change guidance, and auto distance/speed adjustment which are really helpful for long or late-night drives. Find the EV6 groups on social media for helpful tips.

So far, this has been a great car. Good gas mileage, good ride, good service, except for one issue with fuel injectors. Out of town dealership relaced quickly and professionaly and got us back on the road.

Experienced zero issues in doing business with Crown Subaru. They were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The transaction was business like, and the personnel just about perfect.

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

Miguel Perez was amazing in his candor and willingness to help. My wife and I also want to Thank him personally for sending us something very cherished by us. We accidentally left it in our trade in. I called him and he was able to track it down and send it to us. That meant the world to us. This car would have been the first in about 30 years without it. It was a gift from our daughter. I have had a 21, 23 and now a 25 Subaru Forester Premium and over the years they have gotten better. I didn’t think I would like the large screen but now after two weeks of driving it, I’m loving it. It is a safe and reliable vehicle for small families and seniors like me.

We bought a new Volvo at Herzog-Meier a couple of days ago and found the process very easy. Stephanie and Saige were able to answer all of our questions and they knew the Volvo product line inside and out. The negotiations were painless and the same could be said of the paperwork and documentation, thanks to Andy. Our fifth Volvo since 1976 and our third from Herzog-Meier, which tells you that I value their service staff as well.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.
