I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I wrote a review a couple of days ago, but have since worked with Cadillac to resolve this issue and while it will not let me edit the last review I can post a new one. Working with service centers can sometimes be very challenging, especially as a woman that does not know very much about cars. It's essential to me that I am able to go to a place that I know I can trust. In February of 2022 I took my car to this dealership to get a new key fob after losing one and have my transmission inspected. My car was under an extended warranty and they were able to replace the transmission control solenoid and get both of my new key fobs under warranty and at the end of the day it only cost me $46! Along the way Tim Radice, my service consultant was absolutely phenomenal. He kept me updated and made countless calls to my different warranty companies to ensure I was spending as little out of pocket as possible. Within a week I had my car back. Sadly shortly after my transmission started acting up again and the problem was much worse. I took it back to the dealership and found out that the transmission cover had warped and it was going to be a $1,500 fix because my warranty had just expired. Tim did everything he could (he's awesome like that) and put me into contact with the service manager, Paul. From the moment I got on the phone with Paul I could tell he was handling this with the upmost professionalism. He was kind and patient and he let me spend 10 minutes walking him through the initial repair to my cars current state. Paul quickly jumped into action and got on the phone with GM to figure out why this was happening. He called me back after speaking with GM Engineering and let me know that there was some critical information GM had not relayed to them. Apparently any time you replace the solenoid you need to replace the cover as well, because it disrupts the seal and often causes transmission fluid leakage. Paul said they would 100% cover the cost of labor and asked if I would cover the $149 part, saving me over $1,000. So if course I said yes! They had no LEGAL responsibility to offer me this, especially given that they had no way to know this information at the time of the initial repair. It is; however, the right thing to do given that the issue stemmed from the initial repair. I am so thankful that Paul, Tim and the other Cadillac team members did their best to take care of me in this situation. Car troubles are never fun and are almost always quite costly. It's worth it to go to a place you can trust - and this is it.

There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

My mustang was having a running problem. I called in and Got Seth who was very helpful with all my questions, the process of how and what would be completed along with time frame. Seth even offered to help with extended warranty company as well. So start to finish Seth was ontop of everything

I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

I received an email from Luis at Autonation Ford saying they were interested in the car and explaining how the process works if we sold it to them. We went in and worked with him and sold the car to the dealership. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The process went smoothly, just as he had indicated in the email. Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

My Wrangler has the 2.0T engine and gets an average of 23 mpg. No issues mechanically at 52,000 miles; it drives like a Jeep-which makes sense. The interior is stylish and comfortable; AC and heat work just fine for Upstate SC climate. The soft top is easy to flip up and total removal isn't that much more trouble. Radio is great, media mode has a slight lag but stays connected once paired each time you use it-it doesn't automatically connect Bluetooth. The only knock I would have is that the USB or USB-C causes the entire radio to short out periodically. I love my Jeep!

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep
