Curtis saved the day! My Dad has dementia. We had just gone out to my Ford Explorer from a weekly lunch with his buddies at a restaurant about 10min away from Northside. My key fob suddenly didn’t work. I called AAA and they would only be able to tow us to a dealership to make a new key fob. I called Northside and they went above-and-beyond offering to come to us with a battery. Curtis quickly arrived, checked out my fob, and installed a new battery. Saved my Dad and me from what have been a probable 3hr-4hr ordeal, that would have completely confused my Dad. Curtis from Northside made it take only a mere 20min. Outstanding customer service!
2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

2023 Chevrolet Equinox review
The equinox is very nice for the price. My biggest complaint is has a horrible suspension. I even lowered air pressure in the tires below the recommended pressure and the ride was no better. You feel every little bump in the pavement.

I've had my fwd lt for a few months now. Great car. At first I thought it was a bit underpowered, but it more than makes up for it in fuel economy. Clean interior, not too many buttons and the standard screen is small but really intuitive to use. Overall an excellent vehicle that fully meets my needs

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

2023 Porsche Macan review
Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

2024 RAV4 Hybrid XSE model is a great choice - interior road noise & front seats that do not glide back enough are my ‘wish I would have paid attention to’ regrets. If passengers are over 6’2” with long legs, they do not fit in the front seat comfortably & many times I feel like an Uber driver with them choosing the back seat when going distances. Hybrids make a lot of noise when backing up which can turn heads - this is normal so don’t be alarmed. Gas mileage is terrific & its sporty exterior is over the top. I do love it & recommend it if not concerned about the cons I have mentioned.

I’ve owned my lx 2008 Honda Element FWD 5 speed manual transmission since i bought it new… replaced 1 alternator, 1 water pump, i’m on my 3rd clutch but i also have almost 400,000 miles on it it’s more than paid for itself and still runs great… I’d trust it to go anywhere

2019 Audi e-tron review
The good: This a responsive, comfortable electric vehicle. It has just about every feature you would want in a car. The interior is very well finished. The handling is good, the ride smooth and quiet. The bad: Charging with household current is very slow. Fuel efficiency is not very good (77-80 MPGE for the Etron, 120-130 MPGE for other electrics). Also repairs (which are rare, I hear) can take a while. I had a simple problem with the audio system and the dealer kept the car for 6 weeks.

I want to give a huge thank you to Jeremy "808" and his boss Kiyoshi at Kendall Ford Vancouver!! Ive had my new truck for a couple weeks now and couldn't be happier! This is my 100% honest review of my experience.. I viewed a 2018 Nissan Frontier that Kendall had advertised online. I sent inquiry, Jeremy responded via text almost immediately. We soon spoke over the phone, I explained my situation of negative equity in my current car and a low fixed income. I really pushed the fact that it has to be the right deal.. right payment, right vehicle or I wouldnt bite. Jeremy assured me that if I would make the trip in, he'd be able to make the deal I needed/wanted. To be honest, I was skeptical.. heard it before just to get the run around or a bad deal. To my very pleasant surprise, "808" did exactly what he promised! Before I arrived he and Kiyoshi had already discussed a few options for me. First option was a really good deal but more then what I needed.. I wanted mid-size crew cab truck. Again, first truck (chevy silverado 4x4 zr1) was beautiful and a great deal but more than I needed. I honestly figured this would be the moment it would all fall down and id leave with no new deal and frustrated.. just the opposite happened! They brought out my dream truck! A beautiful black Nissan Frontier SV! So this would be the point now to get me excited, stick me with a ridiculous price and high payments right?? Wrong again! They swallowed 6k of negative equity on my trade in and still sold me the Frontier for 1k under blue book! The truck also qualified for Kendalls free 6 month power train warranty so no worries that I was getting a great deal on a bad truck.. I absolutely love my truck, I have zero buyers remorse, kept the same payment as my trade in, cleaned up a ton of negative equity and now have a vehicle that will retain its resale value long after I get my use out of it. 2016 Jeep Patriot review
I purchased a new 2016 Jeep Patriot Sport SE and have now owned if for 9.5 years with 150k miles. No issues, no leaks, kept it maintained following manufacturer guidelines, zero major repairs. Great vehicle for daily driver, hauling kayaks, bikes and other toys. Drove through dry, wet, snow, sleet and spent most weekends on forest service roads heading towards a hike. Just took it on a 1400 mile trip and it gave us 26.4 mph!

2015 BMW X3 review
This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

2024 Lexus NX 250 review
There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.
