Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

Service provided was prompt and thorough. They were able to get our vehicle in and out quicker than quoted. Did not try to oversell on un-needed services. Service Manager was courteous and helpful.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

2014 Jeep Compass: I’ve had some issues with my Jeep but overall I’ve loved it. Bought it in 2016 with 34,000 miles on it. Now January 2026 I have 146,000 miles. Seems that things started to happen when it turned 10 years old. Tends to rust in the same places with all these jeeps (lower door trim, lower hatch trim). Had to get both front bearings replaced about $350 each side (suspension needs to maintained per manual timelines then you’ll have no problem), drivers window pulley broke and did repair myself, replaced throttle body myself (my fault for not keeping enough gas in the car). With that, I would recommend going above 3 in RPMs every now and again to teach your throttlebody to open wider. I’ve always kept RPM’s under 2.5. Stereo went out which is common in these models (went ahead and got a aftermarket stereo), drivers power window switch replaced (did myself for $80). Also, check engine light WILL come on if an oil change is needed. If your dash says oil change, you’re already waaaay too low. Now, my coolant is leaking around the cap. Thankfully it’s an easy fix I can do myself (about $100 repair). If you’re handy, these vehicles are easy to work on and if you keep them maintained, they will last a long while. With regular maintenance, I hope to keep it for another 150,000 miles. Oh yeah, 4WD gets stuck on or off sometimes. Not sure why but always seems to happen in the winter. Go figure.

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

Sold my 2007 hardtop convertible Mazda MX5 to the dealership. They did a great job and so did the service department. Will recommend dealership to my friends.

I purchased a 2021 RAV4 LE used in 2024 from Eco Park. Every time I take it to the dealership they offer to buy it from me. They stated " that this vehicle is in high demand." My personal opinion is as follows: Pros: High resale value when well maintained. Toyota's reliability. It has adequate cargo space. The exterior is attractive. Cons: The front seats are not very comfortable. It has no fog lights. It displays"maintenance required" then "take to dealership"sometimes prematurely, when an oil change is required.

I have bought many cars from dealers and individuals and I can say that CarMax doesn’t disappoint. We test drove the car and purchased it and drove it off the lot in less than an hour!

The car has been great with one glaring exception. The 2023 Rav 4 navigation system and manuals explaining it are far from easily understood by some of us with advanced degrees and years of experience in writing and interpreting complicated financial documents. The 2023 Nav screen is as much a distraction as driving while using a mobile phone a highly discouraged practice., perhaps more dangerous. Our 2028 Rav 4's Nav system and manual were easily understood. intuitively structured and easily used during our drives and with a safe screen. Somehow the 2023 version escaped those virtuous characteristics and is one that has made me start to consider trading our 2023 in after 7 months.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

The dealership was very helpful and in finding a decent vehicle that fits my individual need with what I can afford. It is a Christian based location and the employee were all willing to help me. They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... Then when you think you'll spend over for vehicle service, you don't. They provide Uber as well if you don't have a ride while your car is taken care of... They will guide you every step of the way and throw every process. They will even help you with being approved 😀!!! I have never worked there and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. I've always paid in full for my used vehicle because I didn't want debit worries. So this is my personal experience and I am grateful 🥲🙏!!! Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

Bought used truck. Sales person (Jody) was knowledgeable and prompt. His boss (Rebecca) was good also. But the finance guy completely lacked interpersonal skills. He can not tolerate you asking questions to better understand something. He should not be dealing with customers.

I've had mine for three years and absolutely love my car!!! I'm to the point in life where I really don't drive much, and can certainly use the money. But, I won't sell if the price isn't comparable to the worth.

Great vehicle. mine is a soft top and the noise was expected Have to be aware of oil leak at the oil cooler. Chrysler uses a plastic material that over time will warp and not seal. The after market ones are aluminum and since you have to remove to of intake, the coils and spark plugs are accessible as well on the drivers side. Other than that it is awesome
