2022 Honda CR-V review
I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely time at my Bend Volvo dealership. I was there getting a recall problem address on my new/used CX 40. Their waiting room is very nice and comes stocked with some yummy goodies. A nice knowable young man walk me around the lot as I asked him questions about new Volvo models. And the repair team was kind and very quick with the new software updates to my backup camera. Alas, I also had to buy a new key fob for my car, these are really too expensive! However, I know this price is set by their corporate overlords and not their fault. I like the team and will bring Dove (my lovely grey Volvo) back for her next service! Thanks Team Volvo!
2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

2020 Kia Sportage review
First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

2011 Honda Element review
My boyfriend has a Honda Element and I adore that car so much. It’s so comfortable no matter where you sit and I love how the doors both open outward so that you can fit really big objects in with ease. Also this car has the BEST SPEAKERS EVER!!! I don’t know how they engineered it so good but these speakers are amazing. I love this car so much!!

2016 Lexus NX 200t review
I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

2.5 years ago I hit a deer. With no headlight, they worked me in and took excellent care of getting my truck repaired and back to me. Recently my A/C stopped working. The condenser had failed. The condenser sits next to the radiator and had been replaced during the repair. They again replaced it at no cost to me, way past the one year mark. I am impressed with their integrity.
2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
I have had several CRVs. I bought this one new in 2022 and love the mileage, the reliability and the look is good too for an economical SUV. My only complaint is that this hybrid does not have a spare tire and I am prone to flats so I was compelled to buy a tire and jack and put it in the back storage area which takes up considerable space. I am not willing to be out after hours with a flat only to have my AAA come and tow it due to not having a tire to put on the vehicle. My next CRV will not be a hybrid because of this issue. I can also say that my mileage has been reduced about 10 mpg after moving from the midwest to south Florida. I can only attribute this to having to use the AC on every trip since the climate is so hot and that is a bit of a disappointment. I used to get right at 40 or more mpg and now get around 30 mpg since the move. I am also glad to see the newer models got rid of the push button shift. It is very annoying in a drive through car wash because pushing the button into drive will not work unless you brake first and with a car directly behind you, it can be a dangerous situation to brake when a car is moving so close behind. My next CRV will have a spare tire and a gear shift in it! But otherwise my Honda has been a winner.

2025 Mazda CX-50 review
I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

2022 GMC Terrain review
Absolutely LOVE this car is one of my favorites by far. Midsize SUV with all the features of a full size luxury vehicle. Let me start by saying we have been going to Audi in Bend now for well over 6 years with the intention of purchasing a new Audi. On our first visit to Audi, in Bend, we met with Kathy. Kathy is a professional when it comes to sales, though we did not purchase at that time, it was because of Kathy that we made the repeat visits year after year. We live in Medford, Oregon, which is about a 3 hour commute to Bend, so yes, we were serious about purchasing from Audi in Bend at some time. When we came to Bend this time, my wife had just lost her mother, and 7 months prior to that she had lost her father. She was in an emotional state and certainly not ready to make a purchase, however we did test drive an Audi Q5 and honestly we were close to making the purchase that day. We instead opted out and made the commute back to Medford. After deliberating over the car on the way home we decided if Caelin , the manager would give us a bit more off we would purchase the car. Stefan Wutte called us the following day with news that Caelin was going to reduce the price of the car ...to exactly what we were looking to spend. We made our return trip to purchase our new Q5. It was a special order that was not picked up, with the black out package it was exactly what we were looking for. The purchasing experience was the very best that I have ever experienced in my many years of car buying. Stefan Wutte, though very new at sales was excellent in his communications with us. David Koff is the Audi Technologist...the tech geek. He is amazing and truly knows the Audi inside and out. Pat Knifin the finance manager was great, he made the usual offers that F&I make and we made the appropriate choices based on our realistic needs. Chris Root and Mr. Caelin were professional on every level. If you are looking for a great buying experience with absolutely no pressure, then I advise you to seek out Audi, in Bend. It is a long drive, but worth every bit of the drive. While you are in Bend, you can certainly enjoy the Mill district with fantastic restaurants and a wonderful walk along the river. No matter what part of the state you live in, a drive to Bend to make your next new or used car purchase is certainly worth the time. Again, I want to thank Kathy, Stefan Wutte, David Koff, Caelin, Chris Root and Pat Kniffin for making this such a pleasurable experience for the Wright family. And, thank you for your patience with us, it took us several years to make up our mind, but you made the time very well worth it.

2023 Ford Bronco Sport review
Bought new. 50k on the odometer. Nothing of any concern has happened and Ford has a generous 10k miles between maintenance intervals. Stock tires on the Badlands did not last anywhere near their projected life. With the new tires I’m getting around 28mpg now. The badlands GOAT modes have gotten me through a lot of OHV trails and forest roads. The suspension articulates well. Anything I’ve dared to ask it do it has done.

2019 Audi e-tron review
I absolutely love this car! It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury sports car. The front seat massagers are the best! It is such a smart car and does everything for you. It has the most smooth ride and practically sound proof inside. The sound system is one of the best I've ever had. The different suspensions are the best for snow, 4x4, sport so you can customize your ride. Highly recommend!!
