We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

We recently bought a car from Skip at Fort Walton Beach Auto Brokers for our daughter. We had been to every car lot between Niceville and Destin and were either disappointed with either the selections, or lack thereof, and/or the professionalism of the staff, or lack thereof. The moment Skip came out to introduce himself, I knew were buying a car from him, Whether we could find one on the lot or not. As luck turned out, We did find a couple of options and Skip worked with us so we could take them for a used car check up. They both had some minor things such as rear light replacement, tightening of bolts...nothing major and Skip from day 1 was honest and upfront about all of that and took care of it all! He even got a cigarette burn in the drivers seat fixed. He wanted to make sure the car was perfect for us before we drove it off the lot. Skip communicated the status of everything with us frequently and even called a couple of days after the purchase to see if our daughter had any questions about the car and make sure she was happy with purchase and it was running good for her. His professionalism, integrity, and honesty are above reproach. It was the best car buying experience! I will never buy a used car anywhere else and neither should you!

The perfect ride for someone wanting smooth handling and luxury finishes! Loved this ride and was sad to part with it but FINALLY was able to get my dream, Land Cruiser. This 4 Runner was perfect for long drives to the coast, a trip over the pass of daily commuting.

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

I recently purchased a Nissan from Tom Jones and was floored by the easiness and knowledge of credit challenged people. He made my transaction a done deal. I went to several other dealers , but their salespeople were like robots. Very cold and scripted. I will continue my future car shopping with mr. JONES. This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

My 2019 sorento has been a strong performer with no problems at all. Spacious, comfortable and very dependable. Very happy with this SUV Engine is strong, excellent value

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

This was the absolute best and fastest vehicle buying experience I've ever had! I talked to Chief through phone calls and texts periodically over the course of 2 days working through my deal. By the third day we came to an agreement on my trade value and purchase price with little to no haggling and Chief had my credit approval and paperwork finalized all before I even walked into the dealership and he was able to shop around to find me the best interest rate! I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

I am super pleased, I have this car. It makes me super excited and just gives me the feel of being wealthy and grand like my GrandHighlander. It gives me peace of mind when am driving it, no matter the climatic conditions. I drove it during the enormous snow that happened in 2024 in Maryland and it was just marvelous. I got it brand new and has put nearly 15k mileage on it yet it still feels brand new. Though there’s been some recalls on it, which has been fixed by Toyota free of charge but I’ve never had any issues driving it. It’s a great upgrade from the previous sedan car I had. It is truly an amazing luxury car without the luxury price. I wholeheartedly recommend this car. I particularly liked the fact that it is roomy and has cargo room too while being a beautiful SUV with the strength of a Truck.

The service was outstanding. I dropped my car off early before they were open and received a call at 8 am letting me know my vehicle was ready. We love service like this in our local Crestview area. This was the most important feature I looked at before purchasing a vehicle. The Service departments ratings and reviews made my decision easier. Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍
