A couple of weeks ago I arrived at the truck stop in Brookhaven Ms only to discover that I would not be able to unload for 5 more days. I decided to rent a car in Brookhaven and drive over to Pensacola to see relatives I hadn't seen in over 50 years. A rental car was reserved on line and my family and I were excited about this reunion. When I called the rental car company to pick me up I was informed by there desk that no cars were available. I immediately starting call the local dealerships to inquire about rentals. This nice woman at a Brookhaven dealership told me she thought Keith White Ford rented cars. When I called them I was transferred to Diane in the rental department. She not only set me up with a car but she also helped me with a ride to McComb. She literally saved a reunion that was 50 plus years in the making. Thank you Diane, Jeffrey and Keith White Ford. The service was awesome. Best car buying experience ever
My husband and I would like to share our experience with Paul Barnett Nissan this past week. Our original intent was to purchase a nice used car. But God had a different plan in mind. His plan started with Calah Channell, the best sales rep we have ever dealt with. Calah immediately felt like family. She was very sincere and personable and made us feel special. In fact, the whole staff felt like family. She was not able to find us the used car we were looking for; however, we were made an offer we could not refuse and left there with TWO brand new vehicles.
