My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

The service was great. Nathaniel explained everything in detail and was very helpful throughout the process. It was going to take some time for the job to get finished, so he helped me out with a loaner until it was done. Peltier’s service department is ALWAYS top notch. I would and will recommend them to anyone.

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I've got the 5.7 Hemi, Limited version with all options. Very comfortable. Nice for trailering and launching boats. If traveling with a family, the 3rd row seats are enough for young kids, but very little room for luggage when 3rd row is in use. Now 14 years old 130k miles. No reliability issues with engine or trans, but does now have some unexpected rust through in rear wheel well. My wife wants me to get something newer with better MPG, (i get about 16 now) but I'm not inclined to get rid of this. I think it could last another 100k. My dog loves it and goes everywhere with me, all seats fold down in back to give her a flat floor which is also convenient for hauling stuff.

Tristan at Mercedes-Benz of Tyler was great to work with. Answered all my questions in a timely manner, and made the buying process extremely easy. This was an out of town purchase for me, and they had me in and out of there quickly. They weren’t pushy when it came to added protection plans and services either. Great experience overall.

Very happy with my purchase from RBM Alpharetta. The car has a very comfortable interior with all the features available. Handles well in town and on long drives. Good acceleration for such a big vehicle. Love the contemporary exterior.

We had a nice visit with Maddie. She was very nice and showed us a couple of vehicles that were similar to what we were looking for. She wasn't pushy which is good. I won't go back to a dealership where people are pushy. We didn't end up buying from them this time but we will stop back by the next time we're shopping.

We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Dow in Mineola is the best car repair/maintenance experience I have ever had and on multiple occasions. As a single lady, I have often been taken advantage of at car repair shops and spoken down to. Even though I moved over an hour away, I continue to return to Dow in Mineola because they are helpful, resonable, and talk to me in a respectful way. I never feel like someone is just trying to upset me or get me to do unnecessary things.

I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

My experience at House of cars, Tyler, Texas it was exceptional! High quality, low mileage, very clean, luxury vehicles. The shopping experience was no pressure. Jaron allowed us to just drive and play with all the features in the vehicle and helped facilitate the financing. I was able to do it remotely from my office. While driving the vehicle home after the purchase, service light came on for the DEF fluid we called the next day. Logan had us bring the vehicle to his service center, which was a high-quality facility, and I will also be giving them a good review. Jaron stayed in contact throughout the process and house of cars, covered the expense of servicing the vehicle and making any repairs necessary to correct it. I am incredibly happy with the response, I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a quality, used car dealer with quality personnel , vehicles and service. I decided to go with the Chevy traverse and not the Chevy Tahoe.I own two Chevy Tahoe’s.And after the the problems we had with the engines and the traction control and stability control always popping on,I swear I would never buy another Tahoe.So we decided to go with the Chevy traverse and I was shocked at how much more room there was in the backseat compared to the Tahoe and right now so far so good

The dealership is a calm environment, no pressure from the sales guys, everyone is very nice. Our sales guy (Easton) showed us several models because I had a list. It was very hot outside but he ran back and forth to get keys for everything I wanted to see.

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.
