I'm a little confused, because email asks or a review of the service department. My purchase experience at Gurley Leep was better than any other dealership, and I've dealt with many in Indianapolis, Princeton, Evansville, and several in SW Michigan. Joel was an excellent sales person for my purchase experience. He was courteous, professional, and was very familiar with all of the cars he showed me. I plan to contact him again when I am ready for a different car. This is my second review because I keep getting email requests to submit one.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

While I waited for my car to be serviced they ordered me an Uber to take me and pick me up from the shopping mall. Paid by GL. Outstanding!!

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

I took my venue to your dealership because the cruise control was not working. Your techs quickly figured out that it was some error codes left over from some work I had done to the car. They cleared codes and replaced a couple of fuses and had me in and out of the shop quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

I have been a customer of Gurley Leep for longer than I can remember. In all the years I have been a customer, I have never had the first problem with service or sales. With that said, when I decided to trade in my Accord, I headed to Honda. I was greeted by Trey, who was very knowledgeable and patient as I tried to consider the best car for me. It turned out to be the CRV, Trey negotiated a very fair deal, and I love my car.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

This is the 2nd vehicle I've gotten from royal. First one last me almost 8 years used. Anyone who knows me knows im rough on my vehicles and mine finally went out of commission. I was upside down on a charger I got years ago and these guys worked with me to get me in a truck with keeping my payments within means to my pay. And again this last week they worked with me and again kept me within means to reliable payments with a vehicle. Friendly fast and willing to jump thru hoops to satisfy their clients. I would recommend anyone here first and I will return years down the road to get another vehicle and quite possibly an RV when the time is right. Thanks again Justin Eric and Calvin. I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

My daughter wanted to buy her first car by herself. I could not have been more happy with how things turned out. They were amazing, she got a great car for a very reasonable price. The transaction was smooth with no attempts to upsell her. They even educated her on the paperwork and process as they went along. Not just shuffled it around in front of her. They even explained the process with the BMV of getting her plates and showed her exactly what paperwork she needed to take with her. When she did have a problem with the car about a month after she bought it, they told her to bring it back and took care of it. I would highly recommend Greg's.

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.
