Harvey Cadillac Lexus and Auto OutletReviews
Harvey Cadillac Lexus and Auto Outlet review
This is truly a 5-star dealership-Lexus is the only part I’ve dealt with. Their facility is beautiful & immaculately clean. The employees are 10 out of 10 Stars. They’re very professional yet “home town” friendly & very knowledgeable & respectful & straightforward honest. The quality of work is outstanding & the “extras” they do are wonderful & so appreciated! Since buying my first Lexus in 2015 I haven’t found another dealership that literally rates 5-stars in every single factor of outstanding quality business! Plus the quality of my vehicles & their performance/reliability etc is impeccable excellence! I must give a special shoutout for Coreen in Service. There’s none better & she truly makes Lexus proud in her excellence in job performance & personality & interaction with people-just everything! She is a blessing for both employer & customers! Big thank you to her for making every experience I’ve had with Lexus top quality & very enjoyable! All In all Harvey Lexus is the best!

CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood)Reviews
CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood) review
This review is about their buying process, not their sales. (I live >100 miles away, so I've never had to come this far to buy a car.) After my Ford Fusion Energi PHEV came off lease, I bought it out and resold it to CarMax. Their online assessment process was fair and painless, and they offered me a pretty good price for me car. But that was an estimate, not an offer. I drove my car all the way here expecting to be haggled to death and get a reduced offer, but--it didn't happen. They examined the car and paid me the original offered amount with no dickering at all. It was a pleasant surprise. Fast-forward to today; now I've got a nice Ford Escape PHEV. They gave a nice estimate when I checked online, so I bought out my lease and I need to get the car over here to sell it to them. I'm hoping history will repeat itself.

The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving

Ageless Autos review
I had been shopping and talking to salesman for over a month. Jared was refreshing. He was honest and respectful. He kept his word and conducted bussiness the same way I conduct my bussiness. I appreciate that. The price I paid was fair and the amount they offered me in trade was fair as well. Ill remember him and this dealership when I need to buy another new truck.

Glenview Luxury ImportsReviews
Glenview Luxury Imports review
Wonderful and very smooth experience purchasing from Glenview Luxery Imports. Peter Kritikos made the entire buying experience a breeze from start to finish, even going out of his way to have a bow on my new truck waiting for me & texted to make sure we made it home safe after our three hour drive. 10/10 recommend this dealership! Ask for Peter!!

Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates review
Sean is very nice about everything. Even though I'm not going to get a Mercedes, he was very respectful in his emails.
