I apologize for just writing this about RYAN as I was here a month ago .But I have to write this.His customer service skills were EXCEPTIONAL .I CAME IN inquiring about Tires as i.had a donut on my car due to.a blowout I REALLY WAS SEARCHING FOR THE BEST PRICE ON 2 TIRES. AND I DIDNT WANT TO.SPEND A FORTUNE. HE WAS ABLE TO.PRICE MATCH AND I LEFT TOTALLY SATISFIED .HE NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR BEING AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE. THANKS RYAN 🙂

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Bought a used Volvo at an Infinity dealership but was treated great. No appointment in Service but they checked the car out as I requested. The wait was a bit long but I was a drop in.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Courteous folks. All work completed on time ! The waiting area is nicely stocked with coffee and snacks and magazines.

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

The staff at Johnson Volvo Service Dept is very friendly, curteous, helpful and professional. Benny Wong was our Service Rep. He could not have been more helpful, approachable and professional. As a female bringing my Volvo in to a male dominated service industry, it truly makes a difference when the guys in the service department are friendly, helpful and approachable. The current customer service staff, across the board,at Johnson Volvo have all far exceeded my expectations for customer service. I only wish I could name my last customer service rep for my 60-65,000 Volvo service as well as he was was also extremely helpful, kind and professional.

This was our first time buying a vehicle from Johnson Lexus of Durham. We were very pleased with our overall experience. The entire team was very professional and we love our RX 350.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

I have been a customer of Johnson Volvo for years. My experience with everyone has been always positive. Recently we purchased an XC 60 Ultra plug in hybrid after owning an XC 90 plug in hybrid and an XC 40, both purchased at Johnson. Both cars were virtually trouble free over 5 years. My new car did have a minor issue (not related to Johnson). and the dealership promptly resolved it, in fact going further than required. Special thank you to Paulino M. and and Technician Jennifer. This dealership really is fantastic. We came to trade up from our 2009 Volkswagen to a newer pre-owned Subaru and Brittany Barbee made the experience a total pleasure (and this is coming from someone who really dreads car shopping). Brittany and the rest of the team really listened to our wants and needs and everything moved smoothly from test drives, to trade-in, to driving away in our 2022 Subaru Outback Touring XT (our first Subaru by the way, and I am guessing not the last). These folks handled the process professionally and efficiently and without the usual stress or pressure of buying from a car dealer. Lastly, thanks again to Brittany for being not only knowledgeable and making sure we left satisfied but for being so friendly and even making the experience pleasurable. Never thought I would ever enjoy a car buying experience...I was wrong.

I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

I've been a Johnson Lexus of Durham customer since 2009. I leased a new 2025 Lexus there last month and my Sales Associate, Julia, was just exceptional. She listened and handled every detail professionally. Purchasing a new car can be a labyrinth and a grind for guests. But my recent experience with Johnson Lexus was quick, pleasant and "red carpet". We had a 2020 Murano and we loved the zero gravity seats. We traded it in for a 2025 Honda Pilot EXL. The Honda was a very nice car but we found it a little bit too big for us. We traded in the Honda for a 2025 Nissan Murano SL. It is the brand new re-design and we love it a lot. I wish the engine had a little bit more pick up but all in all everything else is exceptional.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

I have a blue Trd sport premium, 2025. So far I love this truck! It has hard plastic throughout the interior, which makes it easy to clean. Love the 14 inch screen, and the 360 cameras. Wheels on the Trd sport are some of the best looking wheels out there. If you want a few options, but aren't going off road, trd sport premium is a great option.

I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the purchasing process at Hendrick Subaru.

Got a '22 Touring XT. I knew the base engine was pathetic so I wanted the turbo. Gladly sacrifice some MPG for way more power. They shouldn't even offer the base engine on this car. Anyway, after 44k miles it's running like a champ. Absolutely no issues with the electronics (a few minor glitches here and there but nothing to take to the dealer for), CVT is fine, engine is fine, the AWD is second to none! Plowed right through a 15" blizzard through Kansas City like it was nothing. My biggest gripe are the squeaks and rattles. Highly annoying. My '17 Chevy Colorado with 64k miles is tighter and quieter. Cargo space is top notch, I have a bad back so getting in and out of a taller vehicle is much easier. But there is just too much tech and driver assistance, Subaru needs to tone it down a little. I still prefer to actually DRIVE my car, not have the car drive me. Overall I'm still happy with it.

My visit this week was my first experience using the service department at Fred Anderson Toyota. The Service Rep, Michael, was outstanding and kept me apprised of issues , status, and timing along the way. I’ll definitely be back.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

My service advisor was Lonnie Renfro. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable of the service needs of my vehicle. He updated me on my service contract and rendered service with excellence. I look forward to Lonnie, and Fred Anderson Toyota providing my vehicle service needs. They render exceptional service to their customers.

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!
