Berlin City Nissan of PortlandReviews
Berlin City Nissan of Portland review
My wife and I had been in research mode for a few weeks. We devoted an entire Friday to shop various local dealerships with the hopes of making a final decision. We rolled into Berlin City Nissan of Portland one half hour before they typically closed and Eric greeted us with a smile. We were not rushed, or made to feel that we were an inconvenience on a late Friday afternoon. We had a lot of questions. We also had a lot of requirements. The Berlin City crew was patient and detailed and we were able to reach an agreement pretty quickly. We feel confident we made the right decision with the right dealership.

Just had a very positive car buying experience at Yankee. From my super helpful sales rep (Mike Dicenso) to master-class finance officer (Nate Brown), the experience was smooth and glitch-free. Yankee's attitude of 'customer first' is evident in everything they do. Thank you Mike & Nate for a first-class bar buying experience.

We had specific wants and "don't wants'. Although they did not have a Sorento on the lot to meet our specifications, Andrew Whittaker searched and found a couple of vehicles for our consideration. Andrew patiently listened to us and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He was courteous, supportive, never pressured us, and gave us all the information we needed to make our selection. We highly recommend Andrew, his team and Bill Dodge Kia of Westbrook.

I've been going to Bill Dodge for the better part of the last 3 years. Outstanding service department, they warrantied my engine, they fixed the car when I had an accident at the collision center and they just really take care of you. Every time I walk in, they are ready to help. No matter if it is Bobby, Gunnar or a new person that they just hired. The culture stays and it's great to be their client.

Bill Dodge INFINITIReviews
Bill Dodge INFINITI review
Purchasing a vehicle from Bill Dodge Infiniti has been a pleasurable experience that was conducted by professional sales staff who knew the product, assisted me as the buyer to ensure that I was purchasing the vehicle to meet my needs rather than selling me a vehicle to make a sale. Rob Cook took the time to assist me with no pressure and offered me all the information I needed and a test drive when I was in the research stage. Two weeks later I made the decision to purchase, went back to see Rob, and had another test drive, walk around, and spent an hour or so working out the numbers and my trade. A good price, no games, and a respectful buying process. The sales manager John T and the finance manager Kris rounded out the process to ensure that I had everything I needed to complete the deal with attention to the details of my needs. Not my first vehicle purchased from Bill Dodge, but my first Infiniti, and having been a Mercedes owner, this by far is a superior experience and a superior dealership. Anyone thinking of a vehicle purchase will do themselves a favor to shop at Bill Dodge Autogroup for one of the many options from the many brands they carry. Note, having had another vehicle purchased from Bill Dodge, and having it serviced by them for 6 years, I can attest to the most important part of the sale and that is the service department which I have consistently rated as outstanding. Professional service minded dealership with quality of care in everything they do for their customers.

I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!
