Volkswagen Brandon review
This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demonstrate how to use all the fancy safety features and explain what they did, and answer any questions I had with confidence. He was so friendly with both my daughters, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. AJ was very open and honest about all the different dealership fees that would add on to the total purchase price, and explained what they all were. He was quick to respond to any messages, and did a great job of keeping my needs and wants for the vehicle in mind when showing me different options. They gave me a good offer on my trade in, even though it was less than I owed on the vehicle. He and his manager Paul were even willing to come up on the trade in offer, but my vehicle has a bad accident from the previous owner on the carfax. Paul explained his reasoning for the offer which came directly from KBB (another dealership tried to offer me $2000 less with no rhyme or reason). I know dealership fees can be frustrating, but I think the fees at Volkswagen Brandon are fair compared to other dealerships in the area. AJ did definitely do his job as a car salesman and try to upset me, offering me finance options for New vehicles, but was completely respectful when I told him we weren't interested in financing or a new vehicle. He didn't keep pushing, instead focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle that fit our budget and that I loved. I absolutely adore my new 2023 Tiguan, and I 100% recommend Volkswagen Brandon for your vehicle needs.
2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Mercedes-Benz of Clearwater review
Excellent experience with Mercedes-Benz of Clearwater from start to finish! The level of customer service here is truly top-notch. A special thanks to Alex Riley for making the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. Alex was extremely professional, responsive, and never pushy. He was always available to answer questions, followed through on everything, and made sure every detail was taken care of. What I appreciated most is that Alex genuinely cares about his customers and building long-term relationships, not just making a sale. That really makes a difference. Overall, one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Alex and Mercedes-Benz of Clearwater!
2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Ryan Nieves provided me with the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I’m a meticulous, detail-oriented customer, and he fulfilled all my requests with professionalism and a great attitude. I only wish I lived closer to this dealership so I could work with Ryan more often. Everyone else at the dealership was excellent as well. Thank you for such a great experience!

I had such a great experience with this dealership! Aaron was my main point of contact and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He worked hard to get me a great deal and, most importantly, I really appreciated how straightforward and transparent he was throughout the entire process. There were no surprise fees, no sneaky add-ons, and no pressure, just genuinely great service.

Mercedes-Benz of Clearwater review
From the moment we arrived at Mercedes Benz of Clearwater, we were welcomed into an experience that felt nothing short of exceptional, and that was entirely thanks to John Boraski. He embodies everything you would hope for in a luxury sales professional: hardworking, honest, and completely upfront, with a level of professionalism that immediately puts you at ease. John went above and beyond to ensure we found not just a car, but the perfect car. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive to every detail, and genuinely invested in making this a seamless and enjoyable experience for us. His patience and knowledge made the entire process feel effortless and refined. What truly set this experience apart was the level of thoughtfulness and care he put into every moment. When we returned the following day, our vehicle was immaculately prepared and displayed front and center, adorned with a beautiful red bow, with a curated bag of goodies waiting for us. It was an elegant and memorable touch that made the moment feel truly special. John’s commitment did not end at the dealership. He personally drove to our home to deliver our tags and license plates, a gesture that speaks volumes about his dedication and the pride he takes in his work. From beginning to end, John delivered a level of service that felt elevated, personalized, and genuinely luxurious. He treated us with the utmost care and respect, creating an experience that was as remarkable as the vehicle itself. If you are looking for someone who defines excellence in every sense, John Boraski is simply unmatched.

2026 Mazda CX-90 review
After owning several luxury SUV”s , the Mazda CX 90 with the inline 6 engine, is amazing and just as luxurious! The cabin is quiet the ride is smooth and have taken several road trips without any problems. We have been very impressed with the gas mileage on this AWD as well. The third row is ideal for anyone under 5.11, and it’s very convenient to have rear AC that can be controlled by rear passengers.

I had a great experience at Bert Smith BMW due to the interaction and assistance of Client Advisor Dustin Oliff. From the moment I walked into the salesroom at Bert Smith BMW, Mr Oliff made me feel welcome. He was eager to assist while being patient since I advised him that I was not exactly sure what type of car I wanted to purchase. Client Advisor Oliff answered all of my questions and followed up on numerous issues over the multiple day buying process. He stayed in contact with me via email and phone contact and coordinated my test drives and visits. Dustin was the key to making my vehicle purchasing experience pleasant.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience working with David Cooper and I recommend connecting with him directly via an appointment if you are thinking of making a purchase at this location. I came in to explore options on my expiring lease. David was upfront from the beginning. He fairly presented our options and was honest in which deal made the most sense, despite the fact he was not going to personally benefit.
2025 Volkswagen Taos review
I like the white and black combo. I like that it's not too big and is AWD. Still getting use to the technology. I can start and lock the doors from my phone. It notifies me if I left a window or the sunroof open. Will not go far if the trunk door is not completely shut. This is my 1st suv, I like sitting up higher than in a sedan.

Enjoyed the low/no pressure environment immensely. The staff treats you with respect and makes you feel comfortable. Happy with our purchase and the time it took to make the purchase. Would gladly buy from them again.
2022 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport review
I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

The service department at Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel is amazing. I took my car in and saw Zach. He was very nice. They analyzed the problem. It was an axle issue. Zach said to come back Friday. 2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

If you are looking for a car in the Tampa Area/St. Pete area, then VW of Wesley Chapel is the place to go. It was a great experience, from Matt the GM, to David Cooper in Sales, to Rolo and Finance. they were awesome!! The attentiveness, honesty and integrity was a breath of fresh air. We had a vision for what type of VW we wanted as well as a budget, and both of those needs were met exponentially. My family and I a super grateful for these guys and the work they are doing there. I am pretty sure that the next car we purchase will be from there as well. Thanks guys and God Bless!! Like

2024 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport review
Don’t listen to the complainers. It’s a great SUV!! This is my 2nd cross port. 1st was 2020 SEL tech pkg. now I opted for the SEL R Line. Car is great. It’s comfortable it’s classy the interior with the ambient lighting takes it up a few notches. Has all the safety options needed and more including the heads up display. Everything is pricey today so definitely not cheap. But the retuned engine is appreciated compared to the previous 4 cyl. Wish it was better fuel economy but not a deal breaker. The car is roomy organized and thought out of placing the more frequent “buttons” handy. The entire vehicle has been redone. Structurally the same but almost everything is a new! It’s been a week with the new model - looks like an Audi but more impressive than one. LOVE IT!!!

He was Honest, professional, knowledgeable about his profession. I would definitely recommend Taylor Lynch and the Carmax on Glenwood Ave. to all of my friends and family. I would recommend Carmax to anyone searching for a car. No hassles, no pressure, just good honest to goodness salemanship.
2020 Audi Q8 review
First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.
