2023 Ford Bronco review
I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I recently bought a Toyota 4Runner from 4x4 Rides and traded in my old car to them. Overall it was a smooth easy transaction. They held the truck for me while it was getting the state inspection, and worked with me on the price of the parts and labor needed to pass the inspection. They were honest, pleasant to work with, were knowledgeable and able to answer my questions, and were quick to respond on the phone and in email. They even recommended a financing company, Lightstream, which I easily signed up with to purchase the truck. 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser review
I have Owned my 1996 LandCruiser for 12 years now, it has been very dependable all this time, I have gave an ok maintence, but even so the truck still runs as when I got it, currently on 270k miles and still runs strong, It has gone from Orange County to Texas, Orange county to Puerto Vallarta, mexico, and it has been my daily driver always going 70 - 80 mph on freeway. Yes, at 6dls per gallon I have suffered, but either way I managed to fill the truck up and enjoy the driving. honnestly it feels like a guardian, I feel save driving, I can just decide to go someone and I know my truck can go there no problem. It has started to show its age, but its hard to find something else with the same capabilities, mine is the tripe locked from factory and the interior is still very good. I am just glad to say I own a 1996 Toyota LandCruiser

2025 Lincoln Aviator review
An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

I was shopping for a very specific Corvette convertible and found a 2006 available at South Street Autos. Since I am from central New Jersey and was facing a 3 hour 25 minute drive to Maryland(according to Mapquest), each way, I called hoping to get some information about the car that was not listed on the website. Wayne was extremely helpful and courteous on the phone, answering all my questions. Most cars look great on the internet and then you get there and it's not what you expected or hoped for. Wayne and John were totally upfront and honest about the car. They were very understanding of how far away I was and were kind enough to pre-negotiate the price on the phone (most dealers would not do this) and provide me with an "out the door" price so that all I had to do was make the drive there and hope it was everything they said it was. Well, I made the trip and it was as beautiful in person as it looked online and was EXACTLY as they had described it. Because we worked out a price that was fair to everyone and the car was what I was "sold" on the phone, I bought the car on the spot and am thrilled with my purchase and the quality of the car. I would definitely make the 6-7 hour round trip again to buy a car from them, it was well worth it! Thank you for your honesty and fairness!

It's hard to put in words how great this company is. Just like a lot of people the last few years have been hard on all of us. Me and my wife were in the market to get a new car. Only problem was that are credit was far from great. And we did not have alot of money to put down. After dealer after dealer that could not help us unless we had at least $5000 down. And really had that kind of money? So my wife called eastern moters and from the start they were great. We told them are story and the best part is they listen to us. We never left are home and within hrs and a small down payment ($1000) we had a beautiful new electric cat. And they delivered the car to us. It was more than a hrs drive for them. No one and I mean no one as a customer has ever treated me so well. I will never buy a car from anyone but eastern moters. Thank you for doing what no car dealer could do. God bless
2017 Tesla Model X review
Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.

2020 Hyundai KONA EV review
The thing goes like h*ll! Two bad things though, it's awful in the snow bc you can't rock it out if you get stuck. It keeps jumping back to neutral. The other thing is the location of the heated seat buttons, we keep accidentally pressing them. That's awful in the summer, and if you have a dog in the car with you he will keep pushing the buttons. Otherwise we'd buy it again. I need to see if there's a fuse for those heated seats that I can take out after our lease is up and we own it.

2024 Toyota Land Cruiser review
Reading some of the reviews here on Cars.com, and I get the impression folks bought the wrong car. This Land Cruiser is perfect. Toyota stripped out luxury, got away from a 90k luxo-barge, and built and off-road SUV. "the ride can be rough/stiff at times"; it's body on frame, for good reason! The suspension articulation, ramp angle, etc... beat the pants of a unibody SUV. "The transmission is jerky..." for a few thousand miles; once it learns your driving style, it smooths out (my '23 Alfa Romeo with the ZF 8-speed did the same thing). Hybrid systems are complex, and once the vehicle learns where you throttle off/on, brake, how firmly you accelerate, it behaves much better. "The hybrid offer rubbish fuel mileage"; first - blame the Federal Govt and CAFE for everyone switching to hybrids. second - if you actually take it off-road, you'll discover the brilliance of having electric motor torque at low speed while crawling... much better low-speed control than even my old LC100 with a V-8. "the interior plastics are cheap"; Toyota made a decision to use long-wearing, durable materials, and keep the cost down, so we could get an excellent off-roader for 55k (a little more than the average selling price of a car in America), instead of 90k (previous gen LC200 luxo-barge). Bottom line, if you want the luxo-barge, get the GX... the V-6 won't work as hard, has a larger tank, it has leather, and a trick suspension that smooths out body-on-frame ride characteristics... if you want a rugged off-roader, without stuff to break, and don't plan on being precious about it... the current gen Land Cruiser is a bargain, checks all the right boxes, and has reliability the Wrangler and Bronco can only dream about.

2021 Tesla Model Y review
The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. I don't trust used car salesmen or dealers. I believe their general reputation for hype and dishonesty is well deserved. My experience with South Street Auto was remarkable not only because it contrasted with nearly every other used car dealer I have visited over many years. It was absolutely positive. This is a professional operation. Here are the details in brief. I went there on a Saturday to look at a 2004 Volvo, which was advertised at a price $2000 below book value. The test drive was good, and the car seemed to be exactly as they advertised. They said their mechanic had checked it out thoroughly. But I wanted my Volvo mechanic to inspect it. They were very accommodating. We agreed that I would tentatively buy the car, and they would wait to put through the paperwork until they heard from me by the end of the day on Monday. On Monday my mechanic found three items of concern: a noise in the alternator that sounded as if it were near the breaking point, a leak in the power steering reservoir, and a crack in the seating for one shock absorber. South Street Auto was surprised by the finding, but readily acknowledged that these were meaningful concerns. I proposed a compromise: they would replace the alternator, and I would repair the other two problems at my mechanic. Within an hour the salesman had the owner's approval for this compromise. They replaced the alternator with a new one the next day while I waited there. Bottom line: South Street Auto is a company with honest, decent salespeople who treat you with respect, and who are willing to admit a mistake and to help in correcting it. The car is terrific, and was a great value even with the $450 in repairs, and the experience buying there was first rate. Let me note that I am a real buyer, I am not a relative or friend of anyone at South Street Autos, and they did not ask me to write this review (and don't know I am writing it).
2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. 2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

I haven't had many car buying experiences so I was a bit nervous when I went to visit Darcars. However, once I met the salesman Moe Makadji, all my nerves went away. He listened to us and answered all of our questions with honestly. He really knows his stuff. He also wasn't afraid to admit when he didn't know something, but was quick to learn and find out the answer. Even though our dream car wasn't there the first day we visited, Moe kept in touch with me. A week later, he let me know they had another car that came in that was exactly what I wanted! I'd recommend Moe to anyone, he made the car buying experience enjoyable and easy.
2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid review
I have had the XLE with some upgrade options as a company fleet vehicle. I have driven it about 12,000 miles in six months from 36k to 48k miles, now. I use it as a work vehicle for sales calls and some personal use. Here’s my plusses and minuses. Plusses: 1. Acceleration is strong and quick. Great for merges and when you need to pass. Amazing for a car this big. 2. While I have not calculated mileage, it is amazing and definitely as good or better than the rating. 3. Space and layout is good. I generally use it with all the rear seats down, though. Only a little family use and it was okay. 4. Reliability. Not a single problem and I think the first rep abused the car and took poor care of it. Minuses: 1. Engine is loud when gas kicks in. Would be unacceptably loud in a luxury car. 2. Comfort is mediocre. Large flat hard seats. Might be better if you are bigger. 3. Tech. Small screen, annoying beeps, lane keep adjusts too hard and would not kick in on a cold snowy day. Maybe the sensor was frozen but should not have. Apple CarPlay is what you want to use. Adaptive cruise tends to keep pushing you back to increase distances. Some cars you can set it, not sure on this. It’s annoying when you’re trying to maintain distance in a fast lane and it’s pushing you back. Also, on curvy roads, almost any curve it auto-brakes gently. You have to turn it off on mountain roads or you’ll make everyone sick. Overall, it is a great car on performance and average or mediocre on everything else. I would recommend the car as a reliable family hauler or work car as I use it. I have a Hyundai Palisade Limited (gas) and if you didn’t want a hybrid I’d totally go Hyundai as it’s way nicer on comfort and Hyundai tech is far better. To be fair, my Palisade is a higher trim but I don’t think the Toyota is that much better on higher trims and tech won’t improve.

2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

2017 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

2019 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

2018 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 43 review
I have a 2019 GLE 43 AMG version. At roughly 45,000 miles, the car started making an intermittent rubbing sound when shifting through 1-3 gears under a slight load. Took it to the dealership. They hear the noise but cannot locate it. Power train Engineering is involved but simply said they knew of no issues. The problem has not been resolved. Has anyone else had a similar issue??

2018 Lexus RX 450h review
I purchased a 2018 Lexus RX 450h about 2 months ago. I've put around 5,000 Mi on it with no problems. It's been averaging around 30 miles to the gallonfor my city and highway driving around St Louis area. Car is very comfortable and easy to drive, actually feeling like it just drives itself for the most part. It's a fully loaded model with everything on it that I was looking for in a nice comfortable used vehicle.
