I HATE going to a car dealership... BUT Callee my salespro, was MORE than a salesperson, she seemed to really care, even when I had a issue after the fact... And very knowledgeable too . I walked out of the last dealership I was looking at due to making me feel like a fool for asking questions... This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

After totaling one of our cars due to hail damage, we were in need of a new one. We found an SUV we liked online, made our way to Fowler Honda to test drive it, and ended up loving it. Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival. We were there for a recall issue. Needed oil change too. Was told of a great special on oil changes and we were very pleased with service

Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

I was blown away by this kindness of this team and how far they went above and beyond. Sabbath is such an amazing salesman and with their finance manager Javier, they made an impossibly low financing option happen for me. This was on a car with low milage that hadn't been there long, which was unheard of. I will definitely be coming back for all my future purchases.

Amazing car for the value! Looks great and drives even better. I'd recommend this car for family as two car seats fit perfectly in the backset :)

He helped me out a ton and was very informative and professional! We Had a few good conversations and laughs, then he walked me out to my car. Comfortable with nice acceleration smooth transmission, smooth ride. Holds the road at high speeds in the rain very well. Beautiful dash board. Brakes very well. AC is good not great but does the job. Very nice looking, great design. Nice interior. Very good back up screen. Comfortable seats for long drives. Very good leg room front and back seats.

After 3 years, I was able to upgrade from the 2022 to the 2025 HR-V. This is all thanks to the amazing salesman Manny at DCH Paramus. I left as happy as can be knowing that I had a smooth transition from my old to my newest car along with the best customer service!

Bought brand new 9 miles on it now 5400 went from Iowa through Colorado to Arizona no problems other that forward Collison sensors getting dirty and the auto stop start not always working.I used rock mode on my trailhawk in canyon land it was a blast

This was one of the easiest, low pressure purchases I've made on an automobile in a long time. The sales staff (especially Ethan) at Courtesy Mazda was friendly, helpful and knew their stuff. The post sales service was impressive as well. The staff carefully went through the thick owner's manual with me, and gave me a lot of helpful tips. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and a low stress experience. The CX-5 is a wonderful automobile, by the way.

Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

This is a great vehicle for the money. Strong engine, and getting over 30 mpg. Comfortable, and with Jeep capability. Very happy with our choice.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. The car we purchased was just as described in the advertisement. Will, our salesperson, was friendly and helpful. We were able to negotiate the price we needed on our trade and received a fair price for it with minimal negotiation. All of the staff we dealt with in person and on the phone were helpful and friendly. The responses to our phone queries were answered quickly and efficiently. I was able to arrange a time to test-drive our vehicle were done quickly and on our own schedule. This dealer was able to per-certify our vehicle which allows us to access the remainder of our full new vehicle warranty and transfer the service agreement from the previous owner. The car was delivered clean and fully charged which was great as we were from out of town and had a 100 mile return trip to home. The whole purchase was handled start to finish in just a few hours, which was one of the quickest sales closings I hav experienced in many cars purchased over the years. Nice work in a pleasant atmosphere.

A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Sales staff (manager) was very helpful. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to satisfy my but in the end I made the decision not to buy the flex from them . I would have had to fly from western New York to Colorado to purchase the can and sight unseen got me nervous so I passed up the opportunity to buy the car

Great car overall. Could use a little more pep. But for what the car is intended, as a good gas mileage low priced car, it’s hard to beat.

So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.
