I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

I had been driving a Kia Soul and loved it. I didn’t like giving it up at 150,000 miles but it was paid off and I was needing something new. My wife talked me into the Seltos. I thought the service was expensive....but that is not on the Ford Dealership...that is the way parts are these days. I was a little angry because I had to bring the car back for service within 3 days, but was very happy at the treatment received from Kayla and the dealership. All is now fixed and I received what I always get from them, customer service that is professional and friendly. Thank you!

Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. He is very personable and non-pushy which is why we moved forward with our purchase. we are going to be referring allot of friends to him due to our experience.

ISSUE WITH SUNROOF CLOSING, NEW ONE PUT IN SAME PROBLEM. IN COLD WEATHER SEVERAL DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK AT ALL. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE FROZEN THE DEALERSHIP IS STILL NOT SURE WHY THIS HAPPENED. I WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE IT WHEN THIS OCCURRED. JUST HAD THE IGNITION REPLACED - CAR WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. I REALLY LOVED THIS CAR THE SUNROOF IS HUGE, MY FIRST NEW CAR, IT IS A LITTLE SMALL IN THE BACK SEAT FOR PASSENGERS BUT NICE, I LOVE HAVING A HATCH AND NO TRUNK TO MOVE THINGS IF I WANT. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A JEEP AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND OPEN FEEL OF THIS CAR. IT DOES VERY WELL ON THE HIGHWAY. THE REAL ISSUE I AM HAVING IS WITH CASTLE JEEP/ RAM IN NAPERVILLE,ILLINOIS COVRING THESE ISSUES WITH MY 100,000 MI WARRANTY.

Comfortable lounge area and a Nice coffee machine selection but need better choice of reading materials for waiting on your vehicle during servicing. Also could have been a little warmer.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before

New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

I was expecting the worst but Emily is a pro, supported by Jenn, Chris, Emily in Finance and the service team. Despite the snow and the Holiday, they made it happy. They are pay off the #1 Cochran Group - the name didn't make sense until after my experience, but they certainly lived up to that name. Great experience and customer service!

This is my baby! I absolutely love this car! It handles beautifully and very comfortable to ride in. I got the select because we wanted the 18” wheels. It has better braking capability. It also has a 2.5 - 4 engine. Radio is the only con because there is no antenna. But none of the new cars have one. Overall, this is the very best car for us and highly recommend it to anyone who prefers a smaller SUV.

Stan was very helpful with assisting me with finding a used car to fit my needs. I recommend Stan if you are looking for specifics in a new or used car because he will take his time and find you something that you will be happy with. I must admit that I was disappointed about the amount of money that the dealership paid me for my leased vehicle because it was in excellent condition and it looks brand new. I'm 100% certain that the leased car I traded in was worth an additional $6000, and I know that the car will be re-sold at that amount. Otherwise, I had a great experience.

It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Bob and staff provided me with the utmost care and for that I am most thankful.

we travled from oak harbor ohio to south hills lincoln because from what research i did online, a lincoln was THE car to buy if u really wanted to treat yourself. i couldnt believe all the air bags it has and all the bells and whistles of luxury. Sam Belman bent over backwards to help me and i really appreciate his help and knowledge only being there a few months. any questions i had he quickly called me back to answer. he is awsome and i will tell all my friends where i got my beautiful suv. way to go sam !!!!

Bought brand new 9 miles on it now 5400 went from Iowa through Colorado to Arizona no problems other that forward Collison sensors getting dirty and the auto stop start not always working.I used rock mode on my trailhawk in canyon land it was a blast
