We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

We came in for a regular service on our truck and Tyler in service gave us VIP treatment. Our truck was in great hands there and will only service our truck here in the future. Great work Tyler!

After 100,000 trouble free miles we bought a second Renegade this February. Good car, reasonable mileage, no complaints. Moved up to the Trailhawk trim package

As a 75 year old woman who drives a 4 cyl sports car, GJVW is my go-to service and repair shop. I appreciate the ability to schedule service appointments on line and congruent to my schedule. My appoinment times are always honored and I never get bumped. The shop never tries to upsell additional services and are excellent at providing future estimates of things to watch for or additional preventive maintenance. I appreciate that. I usually wait during my appointment, and appreciate the progress updates on my phone. I also appreciate the multpoint inspection reports that allow me to plan for tire replacements and other upcoming expenses. As a single woman, I appreciate the safety I feel with this shop and the care I receive from Gary and the rest of this crew. No patronizing and consistent informed updates and quality service.

Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

This is the 3rd Suburu Outback that I have purchased from Grand Junction Subaru. Each time there were no issues. They treated me very well and offered me a great deal, much better than my more local dealership. I have only good to say about this dealership.!

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

A little more than 2 years ago I bought a used 2017 Chevy Trax LT AWD, with a 1.4L engine. In addition, this vehicle was in a wreck which got hit on the rear end of the vehicle. However, the vehicle was fixed before purchasing it and I bought it with a fair price, with 49k original miles. Now the Trax has 97k miles and has had his fair amount of issues. Additionally, at 60k miles the turbo was leaking antifreeze and had to replace it with the valve that was attached to it. Also, I had some minor issues on the AC controller which h I had to have those replaced, and sooner or later I'm going to have to replace the blower motor since it's making a weird sound when it's on. This vehicle has treated me good since I've been keeping up with the regular oil changes (I usually buy Mobile 1 oil and filter, advance full synthetic) and I usually change also the air filter every 15k-30k miles. Also I've done 2 tune ups with new spark plugs and coils. To be honest if yiu do the regular maintenance you won't have any issues especially the engine and transmission. Furthermore, in a couple of days I'll be replacing the break pads, and also just FYI the 1.4L engine has a timing chain, so if you do the regular oil changes it will last forever. Soon I'll be replacing the gaskets and water pump since it's about to turn 100k mikes. All in all, I give it a 4.0-4.5 overall rating, space if very bad you can't fit regular size adults in the rear seats!

I am writing this review because of the exceptional experience I received at this dealership. I was in the market for a new truck, new to me and my family. I was introduced to my salesman, Mason Slinger, who i actually meet online and then set an appointment to look at a vehicle. That vehicle did not work out, but Mason and his team there with the used cars, was very patient and thorough when it came to the needs of me and my family. We looked at multiple vehicles, over many weeks and a couple of months until all the planets aligned and everything worked out. My salesman, mason was excellent, the finance people were amazing to be able to put the deal together, within a budget that worked for me. After the actual purchase, i took the vehicle home and noticed some issues with vents that did not work properly so i took pictures and sent them to my salesman and asked him if there was anything he could do. They actually ordered all new ones, no cost to me, and this was not even on the "WE OWE" paperwork. We set an appointment, and I brought my truck there and everything was fixed. I am a 22 year retired Army Veteran, who has traveled all over this country. I have bought vehicle at over 50 different dealerships in multiple different States around the country. It is safe to say that I have never had such a great experience as I did here at Grand Junction Jeep Chrystler Dodge. From the Salesman to the finance, to the service tech who put in my new vents. Everyone i meet, saw, or came in contact with was just happy and professional. In a world where i thought customer service was lost, this establishment restored my hope that all is not lost. They have built a great culture and environment and from what i have seen and experienced a place where people actually want to go to work and are happy with their job. I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Corddaryl did a phenomenal job highly recommend working with him. We walked in and walked out that day was exactly what we were looking for. He was kind, professional and wonderful and I would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to work with him again

The only problem with any of the kicks is they are very small inside Great if you are a small short person, 40 mpg will make you OVERLOOK THAT😂

I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

Good experience working with Cole for 140k service. I bought in to the fuel and motor oil additives (about market rate) but thankfully I was counselled out of a full coolant leak inspection. The multi point inspection showed there was nothing wrong. On the whole, good work and solid value.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

Everyone was extremely friendly.....especially Tony Calvillo. He was very helpful and explained things thoroughly. Arb worked very hard to get a workable price within my budget. It was a great experience and would recommend the car dealership to others.

I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!
