I had been driving a Kia Soul and loved it. I didn’t like giving it up at 150,000 miles but it was paid off and I was needing something new. My wife talked me into the Seltos. What a great dealership. Got a great deal on a 2018 E 400 coupe. Our sales rep, Geordan Furlow, took great care of us and Huck Mashfe made sure that everything went smoothly. After we finalized the purchase, Geordan spent 45 minutes with us making sure we understood all of the safety and convenience features and got them set up the way we wanted them. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and this was the best dealer experience I've ever had.

Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy

I have had pickups since 1973. My sister bought a Seltos 2 years ago and loved it. I bought one and cannot complain. It’s a 4 cyl so don’t expect to burn rubber but it will get you any place you want to go. Very happy so far…

Grant was very friendly and took a lot time with us to listen to our squeaking sound concern and 60k maintenance request. We will come back to this dealership again just to we work with him. (Cherry on top moment- car was dropped off to the dealership on Friday at 5:30 PM and we were given a call from Grant that it was ready for pick up at 11:45 AM the following morning)

Have 14k miles on 2022 hybrid. Gets 50 mpg combined city and highway. Plenty of pep handles and corners well. Fantastic technology love the android auto. Plann on keeping this one, it has all need. Eric from Lombard IL

I reallly appreciate this dealership. They take their time to explain everything and all the service process. I came in for a recall and an oil change and they did an inspection on my car. I got a video about it and that was definitely something new. Very nice seeing anything they?re recommending instead of just telling me. I really appreciated that. I got to watch the tv while I was there and that made the time go by faster. They have great coffee, a nice waiting area. I?m glad I came here for my service I?ll definitely be coming back.

This car looks great and is a pleasure to drive. Mileage is good and the car handles very well. One flaw, though, is that there’s no button from inside to raise the hatchback or a button on the key fob to open it. It’s also a bit hard to reach up and close the hatchback. If these things were included, the car would be flawless.

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

It went down exactly as planned… I went in , drove the car, and prestos made an offer!!! after some financial hassel’s, I got the car it was beautiful !!! Now I know it was suppose to go a little smoother. But it turned out very good.

I have the 2022 no plug in my average drive is 22 miles a day I only have to fill up about every 3 weeks. Love my car

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

This experience with Nissan of Irvine has been the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new car. I called up Nissan Irvine, and spoke with Keith who is the sales/finance manager and explained my credit situation to him over the phone. He gave me a straight up answer and said that he could get me what I wanted so I went down there sake he ran my credit in 10 minutes later he said you’re approved or exactly what you want and exactly the price you want. He then told me go pick out whatever color I wanted. . Once I picked out the color in the vehicle that I wanted, it took less than 45 minutes for me to take care of all the paperwork and be in my car happy as can be driving down the road. This dealership went above and beyond to meet all my expectations and requirements, I highly suggest anybody looking for a Nissanto definitely go to this dealership if you want that close family personal experience. Volkswagen has an ongoing issue with the blender actuator in the dash for your vents. They have no idea about it yet I went to all the brand new cars on the line. They still are coming out like that. 2022 Volkswagen Taos se

This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.
