I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

Called to get my vehicle serviced after emissions systems message light came on and glad they were able to get me a an appt. the next morning. Asked if they could also check on an update that needed to be done due to a recent recall and they said of course. Asked for how long it may take and the gentlemen at the front stated the update could take maybe half an hour but they didn’t know how long it would be to check on the emission systems message. So waited in the lobby area with my littles. Lobby area was fairly clean. Had a coffee station and vending machine area. Was quiet as it was still early in the morning. Overall, it took maybe close to 2 hours until they let us know my vehicle was done. During that time, my kids were getting hungry. I did ask when we came in if there was a loaner vehicle available but was told if there was, I would be contacted by the service manager. No one came to let me know if there was ever one available however. Anyhow, I ended up having to get a few snacks at the vending machine to pacify the kiddos so only thing I would suggest is to have some refreshments out for guests waiting in the lobby. Not sure whatever happened to dealerships having that but it is surely missed and a welcome to guests waiting for some time (esp with little ones) :) Overall, glad that the issue was just another update that needed to be done so didn’t have to pay anything which every customer wants to hear!

Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room

I bough a Infiniti Truck from the Mercedes Benz Dealer of Col Ga, on 9/12/18, found out on 9/15/18 that the fog lights do not work so I called the salesman who I worked with at the Mercedes Benz dealership named Gary St. Louis on 9/15/18, I told him that the fog lights do not work on the vehicle. I am extremely pleased to say on 9/19/18 the issue was fixed, I also found another issue of the third row seats squeaking when folding down and they also fixed that issue, I highly recommended buying a vehicle from this Mercedes Benz dealership in Columbus Ga. I am very pleased and grateful to know that if there is a problem with a vehicle in their inventory if you bring it to their attention they will fix any issue you have and they will go pass the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied. If I could give them more than a five star rating I would and if I could give them better than a grade A rating I would. Before you buy a vehicle from any other dealership I recommend that you go to the Mercedes Benz dealership of Col. Ga. and see Gary St. Louis he is a great salesman and will work hard and get you the best deal possible, or see the General Manager Richard Joyner, he is also the greatest person you could ever meet and he will make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Car rides very smoothly. Car is easy to drive and we love that interacts with us. Car is very comfortable and sturdy. We love the that it receives verbal commands and executed them.

As my family is growing I was in need for a new vehicle. My dealership of choosing was AutoNation Honda. I reached out to them on a Sunday. They quickly replied back with a video of the vehicle I was interested in. I went in late Sunday to see the vehicle, some of the staff that assisted me were very helpful and somewhat informative. However, I did leave with concerns and questions. I did encounter a few unpleasant experiences. I believe it had to do with the fact that they were closing soon. A couple days later the sales manager contacted me to see if I had any questions or concerns. I took this opportunity to voice my concerns in regards to my experience. I do want to say that the Sales Manager listened to my concerns and provided feedback and did a few things to make my experience better.

Long range AWD FSD ( great on long trips) I got white seats and am so glad. Really brightens the interior and they have been easy to care for. Battery lost range faster than my older Model 3 but it’s still around 295 after ~70k mi. Great in the snow but a bit more ground clearance would help. Cracked windshield was repaired by Tesla and cost about $1000 less than Safelight. No other issues except for CEO

It took less time than I thought. Everything was completed and even sent me a text about other repairs that needed to be done.

I just purchased 3 weeks ago and this the best car i ever had. Compared to my 2002 mercedez Benz c-230 coupe and 2003 Acura MDX. This car is comfort,reliable and excellent. Wow !

I purchased my 2002 two years ago with 83K miles. It came with full service records. It is amazing off road in desert sand and I have had no problems. Fuel mpg is poor (15mpg average) but fun to drive and solid.

The most pleasant of Amy car buying experience that I have ever had (5th car purchase). I do recommend keeping your cell phone number private until you are ready to go in, but for the price this was the best deal as well as most kind and least pressure.

I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

Bought the '12 used with 30k miles on it 9 years ago. It now has 187k and is running great. Regular oil changes and typical maintenance, brakes, tires, etc. The AC did go last year and was fixed. Car is plenty cargo spacious and has been used to move many items, furniture, building materials etc. The only thing I'd like better from it is brighter headlights. If a HIghlander has been maintained I'd not hesitate to pick up a higher mileage used one and expect many more miles.

This car fits our needs. Roomy interior but not bulky. Good trunk space and features are user friendly. Just own it for a week, but so far very satisfied.

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

Paid to have vehicle delivered from OKC to COS dealership before I purchased it. Was well worth the 4 days it took to arrive. I have yet to find a truck near the price I paid unless it has double the miles. No haggle price I thought was going to be a big deal, but it was the BEST deal. Call ahead before you walk in or have a salesman name ready, you will be greated by long lost friends (MANY) who want to sell you a car right now. Internet was the best way for me.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I've been driving this car for nearly two years, have added 38k miles on it so far, and am now pushing 95K everything's been great, I haven't had any reliability issues, and everything is running smoothly. However, the gas mileage is nowhere near their claims, granted to don't drive conservatively but I'm getting anywhere from 19-22 mpg. Great car overall, especially for the price.
