2023 Volvo XC60 review
This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. 2023 Nissan Rogue review

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

I recently wrote a review indicating I was upset with my experience of purchasing a used 2017 Buick Encore .. the day after my purchase the engine light came on and I was informed the car had a turbo problem and a cracked manifold. The GMC warranty I purchased from Betten would not cover my claim because they felt it was a pre-existing condition…I contacted Robb who sold me the vehicle and Tony the manager explaining what the situation was… they were both very cooperative and helpful in handing my concern and did everything they could to rectify the predicament..they clearly understood my frustration..disagreeing with GWC stating that when the car was approved there was no pre existing damage..As of now Tony is repairing my SUV at no cost to me, which I greatly appreciate…it’s a comforting feeling to know there are still people out there who really care… thanks Tony and Robb!

2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

2022 Subaru Outback review
We purchased the Touring model. We absolutely love this car. 2022 was the first year the Touring model had cooling seats. Cooling seats should be a necessity for people with neurodegenerative disorders who have difficulty regulating their body temperature.

2022 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have had zero issues with this car since I bought it in 2022. I only have one complaint that it has to do with a recall. The recall has to do with removing the wiring harness for the trailer hitch but the problem is, there is no replacement wiring harness.

2020 Toyota C-HR review
This is a very comfortable vehicle. The biggest problem I have had after my first year is my brakes. Every time i have taken it for maintenance they tell me there’s nothing they can do. Every time i back up they squeek very loud. Embarrassing! I bought it from Jim Hendrick Toyota brand new.

2020 Chevrolet Traverse review
I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. 2020 Nissan Pathfinder review
We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

2015 Volkswagen Touareg review
I've had my first-hand Diesel Touareg for 7 years now. I love her! The Touareg was bought to replace my Golf R32, and i have no regrets. She feels like driving a big Golf. LOL. The Touareg drives like a driver's car. Can't deny the quality of material used for the interior, made to last! Leather interior and panel finish barely has any traces of wear and tear (that's with this car used daily to transport 2 kids). The chrome trim of the R-Line gives this classic silhouette an elegant and polished finish. Keeping her for as long as she can keep going.

2020 Jaguar I-PACE review
I am on my second Ipace and have no complaints. I'm sad to see Jaguar leave the car business. They had the best warranty and customer service out of a number of the luxury cars. I have a charger at home and do not drive long distances. There is nothing better for running around town.
