I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

Excellent. Matt the salesman was patient and very knowledgeable. We had a list of wants, which he found and more. All the Billions employees were friendly, even if just a smile and nod. We love our 2024 GMC with lots of cameras. I have bought at Billion several times. I have always recommended Billion to Friends and they purchased cars from Matt.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

I had an outstanding experience getting my 2022 Chevy Traverse serviced here. After bringing it in for a transmission issue, the team diagnosed it quickly and even provided a ride home so I could finish my workday. My service advisor, Brian, was exceptional?he stayed in constant contact with updates. I was relieved to find out the replacement was covered under the powertrain warranty. They sourced a new transmission locally and finished the job right on schedule. They even picked me up to collect my vehicle! I?m driving away with total peace of mind. This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. We were put in a situation where a truck upgrade was in order, but we didn't want to purchase a new one. Our 2020 SUV was declared "total loss" after hitting a deer while on vacation. Insurance furnished us with a rental car to drive home & to use the following week for scheduled medical appointments that were 1000 miles from our home. Once we returned home, my wife & I decided to upgrade our truck, and not replace the SUV; so, the search began. We wanted a truck capable of pulling our travel trailer and, hopefully, fit in our garage. Not 45 minutes into my search, I found one that I wanted to look at & drive. It was just 7 miles from home! I showed the pictures to my wife, asked her if she wanted to go look with me (knowing the answer), and we headed to the dealership. We met with John, "took the truck for a spin", and returned to discuss details on our trade-in, because we really liked the truck. We had the credit check done; the details of the financing and down payment discussed, and we decided to make the deal. Since we were leaving for Houston very early the next morning, we didn't want to do the paperwork and take delivery until we returned from our trip. We put some money down to hold it until our return home. We've only had the truck four days, but we're overjoyed with it so far. I also can't say enough about the treatment we have received from John and the manager we worked with!

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.
