We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

I own a 2022 Model S Plaid and all I can say is it is the best car I have ever owned in my life. This includes everything from Luxury sedans to my once beloved 911 Cab. It is fast, attractive and seats 5 :-)

My husband and I picked up our new 2022 Mazda 3 yesterday. We live in Green Valley but could not find the car we wanted closer than Scottsdale. My second Tesla, first was a 2020 model Y. Loved the S since day one. No issues on anything except resale value. Tesla has lower the price $20,000 in last two years. But the car is almost perfect! The latest version of FSD is almost perfect as well, much better than version 11 which apparently is what a previous reviewer has. Does require a little getting use to steering yoke because blinker stalk is missing.

The guy I worked the deal with, his name is Bryant and made me feel welcomed. And as someone who normally had either boring or forgetful dealer experiences. I felt a connection on a personal level like we had known each other for a long time but we just met. We like the same music and he made me laugh. I felt he provided a experience that I would only experience at 1 out of every 500 dealerships. I plan to see him again.

the 20222 tesla model s is pretty much a nice car but the thing is thta the interior is very samlll and some peoaple may not fit completely. the model s has a very nice dieghn in sense of the eterior or the lights. the lights look nice as welll and they are oerfect in sahpe. it is very quick and it might get you to places more faster more than you think. but the rice is way more xpensive and it does not have goood relibality. but it si great car and at least it is not as bad as the other normal hactbacks in thus world. but I would sya the hyudniay hatcback was way better. but the model s is a fine vhecle but I would like the rpice to be more down and I also want the interior to be more wider. it looks to smalll and does not fit anyone except for mabey 30 year olds. but it is a fine car but it needs imrpovemnts on the intetior and the amount of space in it.

The salesman was very helpful throughout the process of looking for a car, test driving, and making the final purchase. Very nice professional staff there. I had some payment issues with my bank and they were very supportive while I worked out a solution to that. Great team!

Although I see some comments about bad service at Tesla Service Centers, I have had nothing but great experiences at the South Austin location and the build quality on my car is fantastic. The Plaid model is the bargain of the century when comparing the same performance and quality of the ICE SuperCars. I absolutely love it and love the fact that I can use it as my daily driver and have lush road trips and still have the acceleration of a fighter jet. And..........when you have the safety features turned on, you can have fun and be assured that the massively powerful acceleration will not cause you to spin out and crash the car. I have found that it is nearly impossible to get yourself into trouble with this car.........unless it is a speeding ticket! :))

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. It was not because of anything they did, it’s just when I factored in the transportation to the northeast it just didn’t make any sense if I lived within 500 miles of them I would buy from them all the time they are the best of the best whoever trained them also should be commended Joe ct Former new car dealer for 50 years

I bought the car three month ago. Took some time to get used to no buttons or yoke steering wheel. Now I love the car and I think this is the best car I ever had. The quality of the car is decent, interior and exterior looks solid and is made out of good quality materials. My only complaint is quality control at Tesla. My particular car had some rattle coming from the back seat, which was fixed by tesla for free, but this is not something you can allow for the vehicle with price tag over 100k.

I sent technical questions about the BLUETEC diesel I found in their inventory. Had an answer from Wesley in my e-mail within minutes. Scheduled a flex-time appointment and was greeted with impeccable service, superior knowledge, elegant style, and genuine authenticity. Can't ask for more from a dealership or its management. purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.
