Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Cesar Rojas, Finance Manager, and Anthony, our Sales Representative, for an outstanding experience at Williamson Cadillac. We initially went in to look at an Escalade. While it is an impressive vehicle, we quickly realized we did not need something that large and wanted to stay within a comfortable monthly payment. Cesar took the time to talk with us outside, gave us honest advice, and most importantly brought an incredible positive energy. No pressure, no sales tactics, just real guidance. I come from a BMW background, and I can confidently say that the team at Williamson Cadillac made us feel genuinely comfortable from the start. My wife then saw the Vistiq Premium Luxury and instantly fell in love with it, especially the celestial exterior and the phantom blue interior. That moment sealed the deal. I have been to many dealerships over the years, and I have never met a finance manager like Cesar. He gives you confidence, he listens, and he makes things happen. This is the first time I have ever worked with a finance manager who did not try to overload us with unnecessary packages. That alone speaks volumes. Anthony was also excellent throughout the process. Professional, patient, and supportive from start to finish. Together, Cesar and Anthony made this experience smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. This is our first EV, and we are excited to enjoy it throughout the lease. With the way we were treated, I truly hope we will be back in a couple of years to get into an Escalade IQ.
