Long range AWD FSD ( great on long trips) I got white seats and am so glad. Really brightens the interior and they have been easy to care for. Battery lost range faster than my older Model 3 but it’s still around 295 after ~70k mi. Great in the snow but a bit more ground clearance would help. Cracked windshield was repaired by Tesla and cost about $1000 less than Safelight. No other issues except for CEO

Apart from no knowing what servicing has been done on the car before I bought it from TESLA! It's been okay two drives to UK from Norway the car has 150.000 Kms. They hadn't checked recalls, but fixed the front driveshafts & Suspension arms (recall). Nice bunch at Tesla Trondheim. Overall very happy with them, not so much with Tesla Skøyen in Oslo who were terrible.

A car that almost drives itself. Very luxurious and smooth ride. Wicked quick acceleration even in standard model. Technology is far better than any other luxury car I’ve owned. Over the air updates are frequent and sometimes get cool upgrades without buying a new car. The base model comes with practically everything included unlike my Cayenne or Range Rover. Low maintenance at almost no cost. I’ve used mobile service a couple of times which is convenient. I’m a huge fan!

Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. This car has it all, performance, style, comfort, technology... Driving this car has been awesome, but not as awesome as letting this car drive me! Autopilot is amazing and always getting better. So cool to have the software on the car update and provide new features. The technology in this car is better than any other out there. You would not regret owning Tesla.

Greatest vehicle I have ever owned. Smooth ride, great navigation, no oil changes, no radiator fluid, no leaks in your garage, only need to go for service once a year, and then you get a loaner for that visit. Always ready, and it drives itself on the interstate? Crazy awesome.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.

My wife and I did our research knowing what would be a good price point for the vehicle that we wanted. Surprisingly, CarMax was offering the vehicle below what other dealers were advertising. We went to the Maple Shade dealership test drove a few cars with Erin. She was awesome and answered all of our questions. No hard sell at all and loved the thought that there were no doc or other hidden fees. Sticker price plus tax and NJMV fees. That's it. We noticed that a vehicle in Maine had low miles and was in the color we wanted. Paid the low transfer fee and it arrived in less than two weeks. We met with Mathew, who was covering for Erin, shown the car, took a test drive and "kicked the tires". I told him that we wanted to buy it and Carmax came in at a lower rate than our Credit Union. It took less than 2 hours from entering the dealership to driving off with the car. And did I say no doc or hidden fees.

Unbelievable car!!! 2023 Tesla Y (Long Range 19") and my wife fully agrees. Where do I begin? Value! Crazy good, purchased Sept 2023, will end up costing about 44k after 7500 tax credit, now factor in another 10k (at least) saved over gas over the next 5 plus years and my cost will drop to about 34k?? For this car???! Seriously, at 9 cents a kilowatt hour, (FL) to charge this thing in my garage overnight (charge rate is 30 miles in just an hour) only costs about $7.50 worth of electricity for about 315 miles range. What?? We've had this for 7 months and about 18k miles and have spent only about a buck or two on windshield washer fluid so that's it on maintenance costs. What a PLEASURE not having to deal with dealerships and oil changes that take a half a day of hassle. Teslas service (and app) is excellent. I've read the motors (dual) can go 1 million miles and the battery 300-500 k miles. I plan on doing 200k miles on this car. Range anxiety? None for me, basically I can drive about 3 complete hours of driving per day on a charge. Waking up every day with 3 hours worth of driving and skipping gas stations with 35 dollar fill-ups (we have a Prius with 300k miles) is wonderful. Teslas supercharger network is everywhere. I've never seen a station that did not work or a line that kept me waiting more than 5 minutes. I never realized, until I owned a Tesla, that not having to go to the gas station about once a week (or about 27 times for the past 7 months) erases any inconvenience of having to supercharge because unless you do frequent road trips (more than about 3 hours round trip) you will go months at a time not having to supercharge. (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost for me to charge at home) Your house is technically your gas station! (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost of me charging at home) Performance? basically, this car has about the speed of a 911 and its low center of gravity and handling make it really really fun to drive. Highest safety rating all around and the very good stereo has about 14 speakers (and a subwoofer) that round out some amazing perks usually reserved for much more expensive cars... The software, self driving and navigation is very advanced and not an upcharge if you dont do the full self driving, gorgeous graphics and an intelligent user interface that can be learned as you go along make this car a phenomenal choice. Tesla is WAY ahead on software and basically built this car around their software platform while others are building EVS and struggling with their software and charging systems. Tesla outsells their competition by a very wide margin, for good reasons. The wife and I were about to get either a Honda CRV or a Toyota Rav 4 and by some wonderful luck walked past the Tesla store at the mall, 10 minutes later we test drove the y and 3 and literally, before we drove a mile we knew this test drive experience made it clear, we would try this Tesla. 101% happy we did. If you are considering the Tesla, make sure you drive one before making your decision. One last thing, buying direct from Tesla basically means you are getting maybe about 20% more car for a lower price because the middleman dealerships are not cost factored in, and don't believe the negative media coverage. Tesla is bypassing an entire industry and alot of big companies are probably not happy about it. If you really want to know what Tesla ownership is like, ask Tesla owners. My neighbor has a Model 3 with 45k miles, I asked her the other day what she has paid for Maintenace so far and she said "nothing" and LOVES her Tesla. I hear the same from pretty much every Tesla owner I ask. What a car!

I sold my Lexus RX for this car. I've owned everything from Land Rovers to Mercedes to Lexus. This car is my favorite to date. The driving experience is superlative - it's quiet, the assisted and full self driving is very safe. The sound system is the best I've heard in a car. It's a great car.

This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

The Tesla driver interface is unique, but becomes second nature and pretty good in just a few drives. Interior is very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, but a bit sparse for the price point. Performance is great but the inability of virtually all EVs to meet their EPA range estimates without going downhill with a tailwind is disappointing. Charging at home is great. The Tesla charging network works very well as does the Tesla app on your smartphone. We have seen none of the build quality issues others have previously noted. Tesla customer support for us has been good and responsive as we’ve worked through questions and bought accessories. Overall, with weight and aero being determinants of EV range, the Model Y is a very well designed vehicle. Aero drove the exterior design and weight the interior. The resulting looks are either something you like, or not, but for their purpose, they work. Right sized and shaped outside, very spacious inside. Recent price cuts made the value decision one we could live with. Compared it with every other EV of its size and very happy with our choice.
