Absolutely. I’d make the review emphasize the contrast without spending I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this service department. My son purchased a used vehicle about a month and a half ago from another dealership, and unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the vehicle had some very serious issues that never should have been overlooked before it was sold. From the moment I brought the car here, the experience has been completely different. The service department has been incredibly thorough, honest, patient, and helpful. They took the time to fully inspect the vehicle, explain exactly what they found in a way that I could understand, and even provided videos showing the issues they discovered. That level of transparency has meant so much, especially after the experience we had purchasing the vehicle. We are now dealing with a significant engine issue, and they have gone above and beyond to help us navigate the warranty process and are working directly with the warranty company in hopes of getting the engine replacement covered. They have kept me informed throughout the process and genuinely seem to be doing everything they can to help us find the best possible outcome. Buying your teenager a car and then finding out shortly afterward that it has major problems is incredibly stressful and frustrating. Having a service department that treats you with honesty, compassion, and respect makes such a difference. I truly feel like they are advocating for us rather than simply looking at us as another repair order. I am extremely grateful for the time, effort, communication, and care they have put into helping my son and me. Regardless of how everything ultimately works out with the warranty, the level of service we have received has been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this service department to anyone looking for a place they can trust. Thank you for making a very difficult situation a little easier for us!

Everything was great. Best mechanics ever. They were very considerate and kept me posted via text. They thought they had the piece in stock but they didn't and they went and got it at another city. And kept the same price, if it would have been somewhere else they would have charged extra for that trip.

Role model dealership alongside my #1 cuz who also works at Toyota. Collaboration between the two would be make service and dealership in general succeed beyond the stars. They allowed me to unprofessionally sell their vehicles in a fun natural way. Real down to earth people and not AI generated which is what I love the most! All staff should get gift cards of their choosing, a significant raise, pizza and grilling Fridays and fun days throughout the week! Bring your emotional support animals to work provided they pass the safety test for customers AND all laws are followed to keep all animals safe.
