Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! That is the way Car Buying should be! Thanks Guys for all you help and hard work! Chris G.

Greg Burris gives top notch customer service. I am new here and took my car in for maintenance and he found an error with my maintenance plan done by another Toyota dealer. He helped me try to resolve the issue and even called the other service dept. When they would not help me resolve the issue, Greg took it upon himself to find a resolution to a problem that had nothing to do with him or Fred Anderson. He truly put the customer first and shows how customer service works! I wish the other Toyota service dept would follow his lead. Kudos to Greg and Fred Anderson Toyota in Cape Coral, I appreciate you and look forward to being a long time customer :)
