Impressed by Matt Croissant at Kendall

I just bought a new Toyota from Matt Croissant at this dealership and I found him very impressive. My experience with other sales people in the past at the dealership had just been OK until I met Matt. He struck me as a real go-getter. He was very knowledgeable throughout the process, which is why I was surprised to learn he was relatively new to his job. Obviously he is taking his career seriously and has a passion for understanding the vehicle technology as well as his customers. He was extremely organized, polite, and efficient. I was similarly impressed by Kendall's insurance specialist, Mr. Carle (I cannot remember his first name at the moment), who had recently moved from the sales department. He seems like a real asset to this company as well. Ultimately, spending a chunk of time at the dealership can be a hassle, but we had a good team to help us through the process and it made a huge difference.
