Quick, easy, convenient, excellent customer service!

We have been bringing my 2009 Toyota hybrid Camry to Larry H Miller Downtown Toyota in Spokane for routine service since we moved here in 2012. We purchased the "Landcar Maintenance Plan B" paid-in-advance service package and we bring the car in every 5,000 miles. In addition to the normal service, this time we were having problems with the air conditioning. The A/C was fixed quickly and we're we're now enjoying as much cold air as we want in August! Best of all, the customer service representative (Luke Arneson) was pleasant, courteous, easy to understand, and explained what was going to happen next in a way I could understand. No surprises! The charge was less than I expected, the repair was speedy, and I drove away with a freshly washed car! WOW!
