On my way from Fort Smith to close a deal on new Toyota. Just happened to see an ad for FOWLER TOYOTA, and that’s not where I was headed.... took 60 seconds and called, asked for Sales Manager! Boom... meet RYON LONG... he convinced me to stop at his dealership first. We did!!! DAY & NIGHT difference.... Very Aggressive pricing, fair trade value, but the staff.... now it feels like family... they didn’t have the color I wanted... they went to a different city and got it. Glenn is a good salesman!!
The GM, is out on the floor visiting customers.. Jim Patch, this man is great! Surrounded himself with a Excellent team! They are Very Very customer experience motivated... Sean Walsh, Finance Manager great communicator , worked hard to get best finance rates!!

My salesman Jim Herin was the best! Good communicator and always on top of things during the process. I bought my truck on line sight unseen. The photos were beautiful and Jim arranged all of the shipping to get it to me in Nebraska. Aside from needing to jump start the truck to get it off the moving trailer and then putting it on a charger it was just as advertised! I love it. I would work with Jim again when i need to get another vehicle. The finance department leaves something to be desired. I am still waiting on paperwork to prove i own the truck. Finance department is the only reason they did not get 5 stars.
Our salesman, Sean Connelly, and our finance man, Grant Geer, were great! There were no high-pressure sales techniques or "arm-twisting" with either of them. They were engaging, professional and just the perfect people to get us into a new car.They were willing to wait for us to decide what we needed to do without bothering us with phone calls or texting pressure. I would highly recommend both of these men to anyone purchasing a Toyota. JIm Norton Toyota is THE place to go for your new car!
This dealership actually made the car buying process enjoyable! I???ve been to several different places, including another Toyota dealership, but none had the customer service of Jim Norton. They gave me respect without pressuring me into any deal. I left feeling good about the purchase.

I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon hard rock from another dealership in Oklahoma this past May. This dealership where I got it, never mentioned the multiple things wrong with it. I inherited many faulty problems with the engine and fuel system that I was unaware of. I took it to Melton for multiple repairs and worked with John in the service department. Best choice I ever made taking it there. John was just excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. Today I picked it up and runs like brand new. I couldn???t be happier. I deeply thank John for being honest and his patience plus expertise in explaining all the parts, work and time it was going to take to get everything right. I tell you, I???m bonded to Melton service and the staff couldn???t be more helpful and friendly. Melton service is the only place we will go now to service our vehicles. I highly recommend Melton service, they are A+ top notch period. I???d say take your vehicle there even if you live far away from Claremore......I know everyone would agree wi this post. I really loved my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, but it was getting too small for my family camping trips with our big dog. I needed a vehicle that would be comparable, but have more space. Fowler Toyota had a 2019 4Runner with the options I wanted. After a short amount of time dealing we were able to negotiate a fair trade in for my Jeep and a fair price on the Toyota. It was a fast and great buying experience. The salesman and sales manager both worked with me directly and were very amiable people who didn’t give me that slimy sales guy feeling. A great buying experience and I would do it again.
No high pressure. Treated like family. Answered all concerns. Got exactly what I wanted. Went above and beyond to find what I wanted. Gave me a fantastic deal. Well worth the drive from Arkansas to Tulsa.
The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. She let me know when my Ram was ready to pick up. I thought she answered all my questions throughly.
