Toyota of Greensboro review
Toyota of Greensboro is the best. Greg Moore was my salesman he done a fantastic job today getting me in my new 2026 Rav4. He is very smart and knowledgeable all while being understanding of my needs. I went in today for a service job and came home with a new car. I am definitely happy and grateful for Greg he stayed and made sure I got all setup with linking my car and phone. What really stood out about him he wasn't in a rush just to make a sell He really took his time and I appreciate that. He made me comfortable in making my decision . I can not Thank him enough

Modern Toyota review
We had an outstanding experience working with Amanda Harris at Modern Toyota in Winston-Salem. She was extremely professional, friendly, and patient as we navigated several unexpected delays in getting the title for our trade-in. Amanda went above and beyond to hold the vehicle we really wanted, and made the entire trade and purchase process smooth and pressure-free. We drive from Raleigh to Winston just to buy from this dealership because there's no haggling or overselling—just honest, exceptional service. This was our fourth purchase from Modern Toyota and certainly won’t be our last. Highly recommend both the dealership and Amanda!

Absolutely the best dealer hands down. I have bought at least 6 cars from Impex and every single time they exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough good things.

Good driving car with many safety features. This is not a car for big people. The lady who is driving it loved the car and is excited about owning it and having it forany years.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership with ease and incredible customer service. They each went above and beyond to help me get financing and ensure that my vehicles were ready to hit the road! I enjoyed purchasing a vehicle both times and will return when I am ready to purchase again!
2022 Toyota Corolla review
Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. The offer came via text message and it was a super quick sale. The check was deposited without issues. It was all very smooth.

CarMax Raleigh review
Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Finally, I know I will come in buy my own used car in the future when my Honda Fit finally gives out. Thanks again, Carmax!

From the first phone call to Roberts Auto Services with Saki, the Portfolio Manager, meeting him in person, to Young in Finance, our experience for purchasing a new vehicle went from an F rating to an A+ rating. After searching for a month and a half, getting lied to and misled by two other dealerships, we were on guard with any dealership after that. We made the 1.5 hr trip to Sanford and the drive was worth it! Saki greeted us outside and made us feel welcomed. He was friendly, accommodating with hospitality, and gave us immediate attention with the car we came for. Young is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and thoughtful in his Finance expertise. They both followed through, kept their word, went out of their way to make our car buying easy, painless, enjoyable with their kind personalities, and made sure that we did not have to make sacrifices. *Final comments : Roberts Auto Services first impression was friendly on the phone and in person. The customer service with my car buying was top notch. The last impression with our car purchase was completely satisfied! 05.19.26 Thank you to Saki, and Young from my Family trio. We will refer to Roberts Auto Services and share our experience to family and friends .. and we have many of both! *PS of course we love our car!

The dealership was quick to respond to my inquiry. It turns out that the vehicle was gone before I got a chance to go and test drive it. Never heard from dealership after the first response. Would have been a courtesy to have found out before making additional plans, that the vehicle was no longer available.
