Reuben Floyd was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward our 2024 Rav4. He was patient with some of our indecision but once we got to writing it up, he was very efficient and thorough. He was also a very pleasant person that we got to know. He was focused and really cares about people. He's a very valuable employee and we are grateful that he took such good care of us!

Driving away in our 2023 INFINITI QX60 from the Las Vegas dealership felt exciting and genuinely easy. JJ took the time to walk us through the tech features and helped find a payment plan that fit our budget without any pressure. Precious assisted us and made sure the process goes smoothly and fast. We appreciated the quick follow-up to make sure we were happy with everything and would recommend this team to anyone shopping for a luxury SUV.
2025 Toyota Corolla review
Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

David Wilson's Toyota of Las VegasReviews
David Wilson's Toyota of Las Vegas review
I can’t say enough great things about Ryan Miller and everyone at David Wilson’s Toyota of Las Vegas. I had been searching for a 2026 Toyota 4Runner Platinum for months. I called multiple Toyota dealerships throughout Las Vegas and even reached out to dealers in other states, but all I got was the runaround and no real answers. I was honestly getting so frustrated that I was starting to lose faith in Toyota altogether. Then I made one phone call to Ryan Miller. Within a little over an hour, he found the exact 2026 Toyota 4Runner Platinum I had been looking for. From that point on, he kept me informed throughout the process and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Now I’m finally driving the 4Runner I’ve been wanting for months. Ryan truly went above and beyond, and I want to recognize him for his outstanding customer service, professionalism, and dedication. He did what several other dealerships couldn’t do in months. If you’re looking for a Toyota and want someone who genuinely cares about helping you, ask for Ryan Miller at David Wilson’s Toyota of Las Vegas. I highly recommend both Ryan and the dealership. Thank you for making this such a great buying experience!

Just walked out today with my dream car! I’m super excited it was with in less than 2 hours. Rafael Cerceda was amazing! He acknowledged us right away and knew exactly what we were looking for just by the description of the dream car I was looking for! I was very satisfied overall with my purchase, if I ever go back for a 2nd vehicle Rafael is the guy I’ll be going to! He was amazing! Thanks again Rafael! I’ll be telling more people about you!

Am very disappointed with service of my vehicle, I purchase 2023 toyota highlander limited with 23,500 miles on it there a rattling sound from the engine, I've bought it to there attention twice ,I was told that's normal which i find not true, i have family members with 2022 and 2024 highlander, anyway bought it in and they replaced fuel pump, which didn't resolve problem which sounds worse, i may have to go another toyota dealership ,the only reason I gave a 4 star because of Justin in service was very helpful, but seems like he's only allowed to do so much.

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

Are you thinking about buying a Toyota? If so, go see Carolina at Findlay Toyota! I’m 56 years old and have bought about 20 cars in my life dealing with car dealerships across the country. I just bought a 2025 Toyota 4Runner and had the best experience I’ve ever had with Carolina! she comes from the heart and she takes you in like family. My wife and I are so thrilled. We had the opportunity to work with her in the purchase of our brand new Toyota 4Runner!
