Went to look at a Rav 4. IT greeted me and asked what options were important to me. He answered my questions and explained everything to me. The financing part was painless. IT set up my phone for me and explained all the features of the car and showed me how they work. I did not feel pressure and the entire experience only took about 2 1/2 hours. I hope that my service experience goes as well.

Absolutely five stars for Cavender Toyota’s mobile service. The two Michaels were outstanding; not only precise and efficient, but genuinely great to work with. Clear communication, friendly vibe, above and beyond from start to finish. They explained everything, respected my time, and made it smooth and easy. This mobile program might be new, but these two get it. They’re setting the standard and should be teaching the playbook. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Cavender ToyotaReviews
Cavender Toyota review
My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our 2026 Tundra iForce Max TRD Pro from Cavender Toyota! We initially spoke with Rebekah Gonzales who kept us informed on the weekly pricing of the vehicle and answered all of the questions I had as I thought of them, because we couldn't look at the vehicle for almost a month after first speaking with Rebekah. Discussions with Rebekah and all of her help sent us to Cavender's where we worked with Aaron Obregon. Aaron went above and beyond to show us the vehicle we were interested in, take it for a test drive, assess our trade-in for a very reasonable trade-in value, speak clearly and to the point, ultimately selling us on the truck. We ran into a little issue that Aaron took the time to work through with us. Aaron even went to the service department to discuss the tonneau cover we wanted and determine pricing and install. Huge thank you to Rebekah Gonzales and Aaron Obregon. We really appreciated your assistance and professionalism.

Thank you Paya Vila for being my salesman today. You were awesome. Love my RAV4. I pulled in there this morning in the middle of a thunderstorm determined to get a car today. You didn’t hesitate to jump right in to assist me. I appreciated your professionalism, knowledge in the car I was wanting to buy, and your overall calmness about you. Thank you so very much. I wish you the best.

Worked with salesman for a few days trying to trade in a car and buy one of theirs. Not too bad overall, but could not get a decent price for my trade. Stopped communicating presumably because my offer was not good enough. Would probably try again with different and more responsive sales person.

Dealership service appointments can often be stressful, especially when your car breaks down out of nowhere and leaves you feeling helpless. Working with Tazz completely turned that experience around. Tazz was incredibly kind, understanding, and proactive. Her communication was absolute perfection—before I could even think of a question to ask, she had already explained exactly what happened to my vehicle, what was needed to fix it, and gave me a clear, straightforward breakdown of the total cost. On top of that, knowing I still needed to work, she arranged a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't be stranded or fall behind on my schedule. She truly looks out for her customers. Whatever service or repairs our Toyotas need in the future, Tazz will always be the very first person we reach out to. Thank you, Tazz!

Brought my car in for scheduled service and saw Isai today. Because I have a service plan, this was not a major service point. Isai went over the suggestions and gave me full information on what is needed and why some of the wear and tear may occur. This was not my first time working with him and have had a great experience each time!! We discussed a plan for work, looking at what I could put off versus needed now kind of thing. I am happy recommending others see him and not feel like their being taken advantage of.

Great Customer service!! if you are buying a car contact Marianela, she is the best sale person. Not gimmicks and provide you with the correct information. I had an exhausting experience from a Toyota dealer in Weston, with a bunch of extra xx charges and fees. Marianela was able to give me a better deal with my current situation. I will definitely use her in the future since my kids are going soon to college and getting their first brand new car.

today i went in for an oil change, but left with a bigger problem. i had a nail in my tire and my rim was dented. i was super stressed and overwhelmed as this issue could not have came at a worse time. however, isai lopez and chase perry were super kind, helpful, reassuring, and understanding. they helped me with a solution and we worked through the issues. i could not be more grateful for their help today, it means a lot to my family and i. super thankful for their service and support.

Ventura Toyota review
I walked into Ventura Toyota and met Luis Martinez. I liked dealing with him: kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He was good at explaining each of the Tacoma models - and also giving me some quiet time to think. I will recommend Luis and Ventura Toyota to my friends.

When I arrived, I was taken care of by Murilo, he was awesome, and professional as well as friendly. The gentleman that did my financing was also great and took the time to get me the financing I needed. Had he not, I most likely would have not bought the car. Overall, I am very pleased
