I recently purchased my 12th vehicle, not just from Fred Haas Toyota, but from Kris Youseffi. I have ALWAYS had excellent customer service from Kris, and always found him to be fair and honest. It is his professionalism and ease of dealing with as a customer, that I drove 250 miles from Frisco, Tx. to buy my latest car. I highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for a new Toyota vehicle.

Purchased a used Prius from Joel and Phillip and my experience was excellent. If I had concerns or questions about my purchase they were expertly and promptly addressed. The finance department was thoughtful, courteous and took time to explain all my financing options. Worth the 250 mile drive to find the exact Prius I was looking for. Thank you to all departments for going the extra mile and making my experience easy and taking good care of me.

The team at the dealership was courteous and professional. They made the process easy. They explained everything along the way and made me feel taken care of. They went above and beyond, from working with me on my payment, to arranging delivery for the vehicle because I could not pick it up. I was very happy with the experience!

This visit was more pleasant than previous visits. Because it only took them 1 hour and a 1/2 to complete my oil change. Compared to other times it has taken more than 2 hours.

I got the car with dirty fingerprints on the door, inside and the engine. Wheel lock was used and left the spare cover unlatched and not organized. Dirty spots left on my Paige color driver seat. Oil drops on the engine and left the engine air filter housing unlatched from the air feeder.

I highly recommend going to the dealership and asking for Rommel , he is the best salesperson we have ever had at this location. He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. We almost did not return after our last visit but we came back with him and were not dissapointed.

Katy Toyota rocks! Here's a shout out to Marci Simpson, who helped us better understand the many options for leasing one of their new cars. She was pleasant and friendly and a delight to work with. Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. Will definitely come back to see her when we are ready to move on this. Great dealership, friendly professional people there.
