1996 Toyota Corolla review
I bought my 1996 Toyota Corolla DX in May, 1997 from the Toyota dealer in Boulder, CO. It had 1,300 miles on it. When I purchased it, I had the center console and front bug installed. I paid $15,000 cash. Today this wonderful, reliable car has logged 300,800 miles, going strong, never a mechanical problem- ever. I just drove it on a 700-mile road trip. I am the original and only owner. In the 26 years since buying this car, I have also owned a Dodge Ram van and Subaru Outback. They are fine for the long haul but no way do they match little "Red Snapper" for running short hauls around town. I love this car!

This car was really reliable in all aspects. only issued i had was that the car stalled on me once because the air conditioner belt pulley froze up which prevented the car to start. Other than that, no issues.

1999 Toyota Corolla review
This car is good for people who need a cheap, reliable car. Just make sure you don't have one with an uncommon issue that is present, because mine had recurring issues with its front passenger side. But os you know someone who has the skill to work on it, do it because most of the time is easier to fix yourself than sending it to a mechanic and spending more than the shoebox is worth. If you live in the Rust Belt with this Im sorry, just be prepared to deal with rust on such an old car. Very good gas, I fill it up like 20 bucks every two weeks in the summer and in the winter like every 1.5 weeks. Heating is meh but it gets hot very quick for such a small car.

2000 Toyota Corolla review
I bought a 2000 corolla with 150,000km on it in 2021. I bought this car for $2500 based on the condition under the hood was very little surface rust and the rocker panels and rear fenders barely had any surface rust. I have put 16,000km on it so far and plan to get well over 100,000km of use out of it all for $2500, so by the time you calculate depreciation of my purchase over the course of a number of years I’m doing pretty good. The thing I like best about this car is the gearing and torque with the automatic transmission. It will handle a considerable grade at highway speeds without downshifting which tells me Toyota nailed it when engineering this champion!

MRJ MotorsReviews
MRJ Motors review
Difficult to separate the good and bad. In the end I bought the car. I think he is a generally honest guy who is trying to be fair. I don't think he'd purposely hide problems or patch up a failed car. That is of highest importance. My problem is there were a lot of issues with the car not disclosed in the listing. Check your car carefully! To his credit he disclosed the failing clear coat by sending me an excellent video before I traveled (a long way) to the dealership. Maybe inadvertently he disclosed problems with the headliner in the video. When I got there the battery was dead so he explained there was a parasitic load (still not resolved) that kills the battery in a couple days and he pointed out it had the wrong battery (which he replaced when we negotiated price). A tire was nearly flat and he noted it had a leak. If he were dishonest surely the tire would have been full and the battery charged when I showed up and he wouldn't have pointed out the wrong size battery (didn't fit tray). What I found includes: Two tires were good and two have almost no tread. The key fob remote doesn't work and when I bought and installed a new battery it still didn't. Since buying it I've gotten two estimates for fob replacement of $700 and $410. Hopefully I'll find one a little lower. I've also found the wiper blades need replaced, interior lights by the rear-view mirror don't work, and a film on the rear window (rear defroster I believe) is all bubbled and also not clear where unbubbled. Other than snow on the car when I test drove, I'm not sure how I missed this last one. Finally, there is an undisclosed admin fee of $500. He said nobody in NC discloses this on web listings. Maybe but it doesn't make it right.
1992 Toyota Corolla review
Bought a 1990 5 speed manual with 204,500 miles on it for $1000 in 2004. Love the car. Now it has 612,000 miles and still gets 40 mpg. Cheap insurance. Easy to fix. Always dependable. Push start if dead battery. Also have a 1991 with 72,000 miles in showroom condition saved for when this one rusts out!!!

2000 Toyota Corolla review
I might just keep buying 2000 Corollas. Mileage doesn't matter. History might, just to know what easy fixes I might be looking at (due to neglect). From an engineering standpoint, this has got to be the best car out there. You can fool yourself into Porsche performance or Mercedes 'engineering', but the design goal for a car is for transport, reliability and simple maintenance. My previous car was a Mercedes and I hated driving it, due to driving anxiety of constantly waiting for the 'now what?'.....My Corolla is pushing 200,000 miles, which was my goal but now I'm thinking 400k and even if I got another car, I'd keep this as a second. I maintain it better than any shop and nothing I've done has taken over an hour, most like ten minutes. Sure, I'd like more power and performance but in reality, where are you going to do that? Until I can afford track time, I don't care. 36mpg freeway works for me. Most people who brag like that paid well over 10x what I paid for my used Corolla.

2000 Toyota Corolla review
Need a versatile car for everything? I got one for you! The 2000 toyota corolla, it can be a fuel saving commuter, or it can be a truck or a rally car, it may not be made for that but if will work and won't break, this car will never give a fuss about anything it will always keep going and probably outlive you, the performance from the 1zz-fe 1.8L dual overhead cam 4 banger is more than you would think, it has plenty of power for its size. It's not a racecar but if you drive it like one it doesn't complain and it's very light and nimble, yes the exterior styling and interior are bland but very functional, parts to upgrade or fix it are very cheap, the seats are pretty comfortably and you can fit a giant sub in the trunk, truely the ultimate car, everyone on the road should be driving a 2000 corolla,

Roseville Auto SalesReviews
Roseville Auto Sales review
This is my 2nd great experience at Roseville Auto Sales. My first great experience was about 3 years ago. Todd also helped me last time, and I'd been in communication with Matt via email. However, I had just purchased a nice 2000 Ford Focus from there that had been on their lot for awhile, but I did the research beforehand so knew the history of the car etc, so knew what I was getting into. They're always laid back there, and you ask for keys for whatever car(s) you want to test drive, and you can take your time inspecting under hood, starting them, then test driving them. Once you make up your mind on a purchase, all the paperwork takes less than 30 minutes and you're out the door. Thank you Todd and Matt for a very pleasant experience, I'll be back again in a couple years. They did mention they've been open 29 years roughly and have sold over 29,000 cars, which I believe, they stay pretty busy and overall have a very good selection of cars, a lot have high miles but some have moderate miles and are very reasonable. Take care.

03 April 2024, my cousin just notified me that her 2000 Corolla had been totaled by an 18-wheeler. She's OK and no one was serioulsy hurt. She called me because she knew how much I was astonished with her car. That car had 530,000 no problem miles under its hood. I swear tpo you dear readers.

1994 Toyota Corolla review
My parents bought our 94 Corolla DX new for $14000. And it has been one of the best purchases ever made. I was 10 weeks old and since we are the original owners, that is why I won’t get rid of it. I bought it from them 6 years ago with 215,000 miles. It currently has 315,000. I keep up with all the maintenance on it. It doesn’t leak oil, however burns some which is expected. All new suspension within the past 50k. It did overheat on me once, and miraculously didn’t blow the head gasket, and the distributor failed, but other than that it has never left me stranded and still runs great.

Wildcat Used Cars review
I saw a truck on line and went to wildcat used cars to check it out. Unfortunately because of the auto workers strike I had to wait a couple months for repairs to be made. During that time Chuck Valentine was my salesman. He kept texting me and keeping me informed. He described what was going on . I used to be a salesman myself once so I kinda judge them as I deal with them. Chuck did a great job selling me my truck. I would absolutely recommend wildcat used cars for your next purchase! 1997 Toyota Corolla review
This is a very good and reliable car. I bought the car when it was 2 years old in 1999 in Chicago (and it started and handled easily in the winter, cooled comfortably in the summer), and it handled driving in various elevation roads (in the Sierra Nevadas) with no hesitation. In 2020, it still drives great, starts in very cold weather, heats up and cools quickly. The maintenance is low, and gas mileage still good after 23 years!

1998 Toyota Corolla review
I currently still own this most reliable car. Great round town and has never let me down. It's comfortable, though not peppy. I want a bigger boot space, that goes through to the front seats as some cars feature, for carrying longer articles. This car is so reliable, a great workhorse, borrowed by the family for towing and it has never needed more than basic maintenance . I'm reluctant to part with it, though I would like a more modern car. This is a Toyota that feels like it will go on forever.

2001 Toyota Corolla review
I bought this car in 2023 for 400 dollars just to use until I fixed my Subaru. It had 139,000.0 miles on it. That was 2 1/2 years ago it now has 233585,0. Almost 100,000 miles. I've went 40,000 miles without a oil change. Slid under a work truck after hitting the brakes in the pouring rain. Police said it was totaled. I hit the medium on i85 at 90 mph and drove it home. I had gps on and seen that I was going 126 mph on the interstate. I practically lived in the car for a year. Mice ate my wireing, I straight wired almost everything. And I would not be afraid to leave in it right now and drive from Georgia to California and back. I know Yoda wouldn't have a issue at all. I'm going for 500,000 miles before I let her rest. Even then I will drive her around occasionally. It's by far the best 400 I've ever spent my I now have 2-2001 Corolla s one I drive every day.the other just in case I need a part. Best little car I've ever owned Highly recommend it to anyone.
