My experience spanned 5 months from when I purchased a pre owned 2023 Toyota Corolla in October 2025 and received an excellent, professional experience. Recently I reached out to Toyota on Arapahoe to purchase / program a second key for the Corolla. I spoke with a service rep who indicated that he would call me back. He never did. If they are going to continue to sell used Teslas, Corwin Toyota needs to better train its employees how to transfer these vehicles through the Tesla process. The previous owner on my purchase was still listed as the owner (an elderly woman). Her credit card was apparently still being used to pay for vehicle electric charging expenses on my vehicle because I couldn't put my credit card on account until prior owner was removed from Tesla account. Simple process, but Corwin needs to commit to address this Tesla qwirk to avoid unfair charges to previous owners. I hope they will reimburse that poor prior owner. Other than this problem, the sales staff were great.

Dylan is funny as heck, while also being professional, not overselling or overbearing. Aubrey was always available to us when Dylan was busy selling other vehicles! They NEVER pressured us, they NEVER tried to sell us things we didn't talk about. This dealership needs MORE Dylans and MORE Aubreys! Should this team ever leave this dealership, well....we'd have to shop around other places. Oh, and the finance guy was awesome too! Again, didn't push anything on us, all the paperwork was accurate the first time around. Ya'll better do whatever it takes to keep this team around for a LONG Time. Jus' sayin.
