I wanted to pay cash for the car, but they talked me into financing by saying no interest would be charged if I paid it off as soon as I got the statement. Well I got the statement on 4/17/26. I called Fifth Third bank on that same day to initiate payoff. The processed the pay off but I was charged almost $400 interest because the interest starts accruing the day the loan is approved. I was upset about this because I was told no interest would be charged. Warning to others who intend to pay cash for your vehicle. Don?t let them talk you into financing!!!

The 2.4L turbocharged engine delivers 265 horsepower, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive, ensuring a confident driving experience. For those prioritizing efficiency, the hybrid model achieves up to 35 mpg combined. Inside, the Highlander impresses with its optional 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and available leather-trimmed seats. 2026 Toyota Highlander review
The Highlander Platinum is the best vehicle in its class. The ride is exceptional. The driver's seat is multi-adjustable. Very easy to sit the way you want. Great storage in the front cabin space. Great storage behind the second row seat. Exterior paint(pearl white) is above its class. MPG in the Hybrid model is fantastic. This is my 10th Highlander.
