Resetting the bar for Toyota!

My experience began the moment I visited the Longo Toyota website. During a two week period I visited several Local dealership web sites to find a truck to meet the needs of my growing family. We decided a Tundra TRD Sport was perfect. When I logged onto the Longo site, I inquired about a truck and within 3-5 minutes I received an email and text message from Internet Sales Manager Jorge Haro. We exchanged commminication and then spoke on the telephone. We consider this to be a world class digital experience. I took 24 hours to talk the truck and pricing over with my wife and we decided we would like to move forward with the purchase. Knowing Jorge was off the following day, I was directed to Jose Del Solar a second Internet Sales Manager. I was a bit nervous that experience wouldn't be as good as it was with Jorge, boy was I wrong to assume that. Jose was patient, answered my questions, and what made this a special experience for me...I took the metrolink into El Monte from Redlands /San Bernardino and Jose picked me up at the train station in the truck and immediately began the test drive. How incredible is that? Great work Jose!! At the conclusion of the experience, Jose had the truck washed, gave me a succinct tour of the Longo service center, inventory, and parts department. Job well Jorge Haro and Jose Del Solar! In terms of financing I worked specifically with Takin Ghaznavi and Ali Adnan who were both open and honest with all elements of the paperwork and processes. I was sure to tell them both in person, but they were real professionals. I take a lot of pride in managing my credit and purchases and they were very respectful to that.
