I?ve been taking my 2003 Tacoma prerunner to Toyota service since 2003 . Every time I go it great, all the service managers are nice and friendly. My service manager Edwin is a great manager. He understands everything that has come up on my truck. I?ve never had any issues with there service and if they find anything wrong they let me know and if it needs immediate repair or it needs to be addressed on my next service appointment. On 2015 I sent my daughter to get Toyota Camry ES 2015, again I returned ha I to get Toyota Camry LE 2016 I am loyal to Manhattan Beach Toyoa for their service. Bought a used Lexus from them and overall the experience was great! Got in contact with the sales person Evan and his partner JP, the buying experience was smooth and the actual price will be the advertisement price they show plus tax and fees. The only thing is that I had to wait for a long time for the finance person, but they are reliable and I do recommend them!

I RATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE A 3 THE HIGHEST. THE REPRESENTATIVE MARILYNN WAS NICE, BUT RUDE. SHE STATED I NEEDED ALL 4 OF MY TIRE SENSORS CHANGED AND WHEN I TOLD HER I ALREADY HAD THE 2 BACK ONE CHANGED, SHE STATED, WELL THEY ARE FAULTY, THE COMPANY GAVE YOU BAD SENSORS. I FELT AS A BUSINESS THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER TO SAY BAD THING ABOUT ANOTHER COMPANY. WHEN I WAS ALREADY TOLD IT IS ONLY MY 2 FRONT SENSORS THAT NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. I KNOW YOUR BUSINESS MAYBE SHORT OF MONEY, BUT TO TELL A CUSTOMER BAD ALLEGATIONS ABOUT ANOTHER BUSINESS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I HAVE DEALT WITH BUENA PARK TOYOTA FOR MANY YEARS AND NEVER HAD BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE I DID WITH HER. SHE IS TOO PUSHY TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS TO TRY AND GET A SELL, AND AT THIS POINT I DON'T THINK I WILL COME BACK. IF A CUSTOMER IS TELLING YOU ALL THEY WANT IS AN OIL CHANGE, LEAVE IT AT THAT AND JUST TELL THEM WHAT THE MECHANIC STATED AND NOT TRY AND FORCE THEM INTO DOING ANYTHING THEY ALREADY TOLD YOU MORE THAN TWICE THEY WASN'T GOING TO DO ON THAT DATE. WHEN I LEFT THERE ON MONDAY, JULY 22, 2025 AT 907AM. I WAS VERY UPSET WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICES I RECIEVED.
